I am Hans Rauch and I have an extensive background in the building and

construction industry Irsquove been involved in and managed mostly projects

with extensive landscaping predominantly in the tropical part of North

Queensland for over 35 years As a supervisor and construction manager I

was responsible for the construction and liaise with clients and sub-

contractors but also working within the budget and deliver the project on

time It needs a lot of skill and a keen eye for detail At the end of the day

we accept nothing else but to deliver the best You can achieve this only

with years of experience This goes without saying quality control is a big

part of it And I carry all those skills with me to East Coast Bali Huts and

Gazeborsquos

I have streamlined the production in the factory in a manner that each

single Bali Hut or Gazebo will be of the highest quality time after time To

give you peace of mind and the pleasure to own one for many years to
