One of the biggest problems in making money online is finding good reliable traffic, that is easy to use.

When I first started out on internet, people would say “The money is in the list”. And then they would talk about how to sell to that list.

Well that was useless when you did not have a list to start with.

I am assuming that you already have a good niche, and you are looking to make money online. I am going to start with the basics and move to more advanced methods.

Where To Find Good Reliable Free Traffic

Firstly a good tracker is essential in your marketing efforts. You need one that has geo tracking. Geo tracking allows you to see where you are getting your traffic from, both country and traffic source. I personally use trck.me. I find it reliable and not very complicated. It is also allowed in most traffic exchanges.

Bit.ly is a good tracker, if you wish to place the shortened URL in your emails. It is often rejected by many traffic exchanges.


The old saying the money is in the list, is so true. Many gurus talk about how easy it is to make a tone of money, they show you screenshots of there Clickbank account and show you dates and the type of money they make, seemingly overnight, well yes they can do that because they are only promoting to there own personal list. But if you do not have a good list then it is much harder.

If you are promoting in an already established niche like make money online then this little secret is going to help you no end.


Bulk Submit your advertising. I am not speaking about bulk submitting some cheap spun article. DO NOT DO THAT. I am speaking about bulk submitting your advertising to Classified ads, Traffic Exchanges, Safelists, and Ad Co-Ops. People are going there to check things out anyway. In bulk submitting to these is not considered duplicate content. Google is not involved and duplicate content is not an issue.

You also need to promote the one product or service for months so you have potentially can potentially be on page one on Google.


A good reliable Capture Page, or Squeeze Page, and a good reliable Autoresponder is so important. You need them so you can get the details of your potential future list.

The money is in the list once you have a list you can give good information and also promote to them.

Autoresponders work best when you give something away. People like to receive something for free and they are willing to give you their information if you give them something for free

The Basics of Content Marketing. Content is King, this is a true statement,

especially if you wish to rank high on Google or any of the other search engines. You do not have to place articles in article directories, you can simply use a free blog and write in that.


Do not, and I mean do not, use duplicate content in your blog as that will only make it hard for you to rank high. If you do not know what to write about. Check some article directories and see if their is something to write about. Read about it and see if you can be inspired to write something. Make sure you do a good keyword research and use two or three good keywords that you want to rank in and use them a couple of times through out your article or blog post.

Safelists Safelists are very Good form of traffic

as it allows people to get a lot of traffic.


Classified Ads Classified ads are great. You have

things like Craigslist, Us Free Ads, and various others. It is best to advertise on the most searched for classified because they already have good ranking, and if you post on them often enough then you will begin to rank as well


Forum Marketing You can not get better targeted traffic

then Forum Marketing. People join forums because they are interested in that market.


Blog Comments Search for blogs that rank on page 1 of

Google. See if they allow good relevant comments. Do not bad mouth the blog just make an INTELEGENT comment that will encourage people to your website.

Make sure the blog is in the same niche as yours, and you comment intellegently about the post you just read. Make a comment like “ I love the point about” then discuss that point. Then make another suggestion but brief enough to get peoples interested. Leave a link.


Social Media Rule number 1 when doing social

media like Facebook and Twitter is make atleat 10 social comments to 1 promotional comment.
