WHILE DOING NEFT/RTGS
• Please attach Learners only from NEFT Mode and Not from DD Mode
• Please print mandate in any situation either payment from home/ITGK or by submitting Mandate at Bank
• Take two print outs of Mandate and kept one in record and handover one to your Bank along with a cheque
• Remit or do NEFT Only from the Bank
or Branch which is printed on TOP of
the Mandate, kindly also check that this
bank details is same which you had
registered from payment of RKCL
share.
• Fill exact amount in cheque as printed
on Mandate, do not add or deduct Bank
charges , Bank will separately debit
charges in your Bank A/C.
• Check your bank A/c continuously for 4-5
days , and check whether any money or
NEFT bounced back , if the same has been
done, ask from your bank reason for
Bouncing of NEFT.
• You may send money more than once in a
single batch, but for each time you should
take print out of mandate and send money

say 50000/- , the money should be send
only as per mandate, do not club cheque of
two or more mandates , separate cheques
should be handover to bank for different

In Above cases RKCL will Refund your
money without confirming Learners
• If Mandate amount and NEFT amount is differ
• If NEFT amount as received by RKCL is less than or grate than Mandate amount
• If money is transferred but no print out of mandate was taken by ITGK
• Money is transferred from other than bank a/c as mentioned on Mandate.
• If NEFT is bounced without money reaching to RKCL A/c
• Money is received after closing of Batch and last date of payment as informed by RKCL
• If one bank A/c is registered for more than one ITGK

Generate ककये गए mandate को detach करे व उस अकाउीं ट का mandate generate करे जिससे पेमेंट ककया गया हैं| यदि जिस अकाउीं ट से पेमेंट ककया गया हैं वह अकाउीं ट solar पर upload नह ीं ककया हुवा है तो पहले अकाउीं ट न. upload करे कफर mandate
generate करे|
गलती पेमेंट करने के बाि Soalr पर mandate की scan कॉपी या UTR No. डालने में गलती करना| सुधार करने के ललए
