  • General Description

White Rose I is a centre cockpit Blue Water Cruiser with 3 double berth cabins and a vast saloon. She is heavily constructed for safety and comfort. A ¾ length keel with fully encapsulated lead ballast ensure a comfortable sea-kindly motion. The cutter sail plan with furling headsails and fully battened mainsail offers a simple, easily handled and versatile sail plan. The powerful 100hp diesel auxiliary gives peace of mind with a range of up to 1000 nautical miles. The centre cockpit ensures a dry sailing experience with easy access to the deck equipment. The cockpit features a hard top enclosure for weather and sun protection with soft sides for easy access and ventilation. Wide and spacious teak decks give secure footing with lots of room to move or relax. The transom arch serves to support solar panels, wind generator, antennas and dinghy stowage whilst allowing easy access to the transom swim and boarding platform for safe tender transfers. The interior boasts a spectacular craftsman built teak interior. With 5 main hatches and 4 opening and 14 fixed port lights the interior is bright, cheerful and well ventilated. Three powerful integrated airconditioning units are available for the less pleasant tropical environments. A linear galley arrangement on the portside amidships features a gimbaled stove / oven, double sink and capacious front opening refrigerator and freezer with plentiful storage compartments. A separate Navigation / Control Centre is featured on the starboard side adjacent to the companionway. All the electrical and electronic equipment can be controlled and monitored from this location. A large table is available for chart work with chart storage underneath. A separate bathroom complete with head and showering facilities serve the forward cabins while the aft stateroom has it’s own ensuite bathroom. The aft stateroom offers complete privacy and serenity from the other living areas and features a large queen size double berth and generous storage spaces.
