To whom it may concern:

Consistent with my April 30, 2007 telephone discussion with Mr. David Collins with USNRC, Region 11 in Atlanta, GA, I am writing as Radiation Safety Officer for Whitlock Dalrymple Poston & Associates, Inc. (WDP) under License Number 45-19018-01 to inform you of our new office location and subsequent permanent nuclear gauge storage facilities. This constitutes a request for amendment to the above license to reflect the new office address and portable nuclear gauge storage facilty.

WDP & Associates, Inc. just completed construction of a new 30,000 square foot office building at the above subject address. Due to uncertainty with the completion date of the building and subsequent occupancy permit issuance from the City of Manassas Building Inspection Department, WDP was not able to move into this new facility until the last week of April 2007.

All portable nuclear gauge devices remain in proper permanent storage within the new office facility materials laboratory and controllsurveillance of portable nuclear gauges during transport or temporary use on construction sites remains consistent with the regulations of License Number 45-19018-01. As required, I have enclosed copies of the most recent leak test certificates documenting the absence of removal radioactive contamination on each portable nuclear gauge.
