As anyone in the industry knows, recruitment can be battlefield. For every recruiter that is
good, there are ten that are very good. Each recruitment company wants the best recruiters. It
makes sense in the cyclical world of recruitment. Best recruiter = Best candidate = Happy
client.
So, if you are searching for a position in recruitment, why use a rec2rec? After all, you know

rec company on a regular basis, even if you are totally happy. You know the saying about
front of mind. So who do you think they will ring when that key role appears?
Experience
Experience is one aspect of a rec2rec representative that can often be overlooked. To give
you an example at GSR2R all our recruiters have at least five years’ experience. The majority
of our consultants have also worked as recruiters in the sectors they recruit for.
Whilst you’re searching for the right company to embrace in your recruitment career search,

accept a role in a recruitment company too quickly, for reasons such as distance, convenience
