It’s Their Opinion◦ “Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else’s opinion, mimicry,

their passions a quotation.” – Oscar Wild - The meaning of this quote is that people will do things just to entertain others. Barely anyone will be themselves around other people. The only people they would be themselves around is their really close friends or their family.

Why?◦ Everyone is afraid of disapproval. - Do I look ok? - Do I look stupid? - Will they make fun of me?◦When people think that others will think badly of them then that person feels badly.◦ People want to feel important. - They crave the positive attention. - It’s part of their basic needs. - People would do whatever it takes to be popular.◦ Some people would act dumb just so that other people will like them.

Everyone Has a Different Way of Thinking

◦ Their opinions change all the time◦ Some people are going to like what you are wearing and others won’t - So in the end not everybody is going to like what you are wearing or the way that you are acting
