Helping you developA 2-year programme designed to provide hands-on experience within core teams across Designer Group, giving you the opportunity to develop your professional skills with a leading international M&E contractor. Providing new graduates with an environment where you are encouraged to directly influence projects and actively collaborate across the industrial, retail, pharma, leisure, residential and commercial sectors. The programme provides office and site-based assignment to project teams. Employing passionate, highly skilled and engaged people who share our corporate values is vital to our success, which is why we have a dedicated internal HR team based in our head office.
