STEP 1 : IDENTIFY THE INITIATIVE TAKERS
1. Start at least one year before the final placement day.
2. Identify students who wish to spend some extra time & are excited on this Project.
3. Take VOC & Feedback of Students on how they wish to Run their Placement Team.
STEP 2 : SELECT THE BEST
1. Conduct Interview of all identified students and nominate best 3 students as Class Representative.
2. Identify those who are Passionate Flexible & Aggressive.
3. Conduct first formal meeting and set Target based on previous trend of Co visited , student placed.

STEP 3 : CORE TEAM & ADVISORY MEMBERS
1. Core Team should consist of 3 Members from each Specialization.
2. Each class to have 1 Class Representative on Advisory Board.
3. Core Team should meet every week and Advisory Board to meet every month.
4. Publish MOM of every meeting on College Intranet.
STEP 4 : MEET & REVIEW
1. Ensure all Members are Present on all meeting all the times.
2. Review Target Vs Achievement on reasons of milestone achieved / missed.
3. Conduct first formal meeting and set Target based on previous trend of Co visited , student placed.
4. Segregate focus industries between Must to have, Good to have and Need to have.

STEP 6 : COLLABORATE
1. Seeks support from students who are not part of Campus Placement Team but have connections directly or indirectly.
2. Keep a close look on actions by competitive colleges and their achievement.
3. Participate in competitive events to ensure College Brand reaches to target audiences.
STEP 5 : TARGET THE TARGET
1. Segregate focus industries between Easy Target, Possible Target & Student Wish List.
2. Distribute responsibility of connecting with 5 Organizations to each Class Representative.
3. Core Team members to call, Travel ,follow-up & Coordinate with Employer and Students.
4. Review Target Vs Achievement on reasons of milestone achieved / missed.

STEP 7 : TEST THE WATER
1. Create atmosphere where students can understand the industry which they are gunning for.
2. Plan workshops to make students placement Ready .
3. Understand organization and Job Description well in advance.
STEP 8 : USE SOCIAL MEDIA
• Follow targeted organizations closely.
• Create a Brand by sharing capabilities & achievements of all students.
• Identify placement opportunities which are hidden.
