FlexibilityPassport Health offers flexibility for both you and your employees:

• Payment options. Your company can pay after the clinic is over; your employees can pay at time of service with cash or check; or we can split the cost between the company and the employee.

• For employees who miss the clinic. Passport Health has six convenient Central Texas locations. If one of your employees miss the clinic, they can stop by one of our offices and receive their vaccination at the same price as the on-site flu clinic.

Protecting you from riskPassport Health operates under strict, time-tested protocols to protect you:

• Protection from liability. We provide comprehensive professional liability insurance, which covers our staff and creates a risk-free environment for you as the employer.

• Protection from from emergencies. Your employees are screened by trained vaccine experts. In addition, our nurses are equipped with Emergency Kits (Epinephrine & Benadryl) to manage any adverse reactions.

• Protection from contamination. Your employees will receive vaccines that have been stored and transported, the day of the clinic, under strict FDA guidelines. Nurses also collect used syringes/needles in sharps containers supplied by Passport Health.

Maximizing employee participationThe more employees who participate, the less impact the flu season will have on your company's health and productivity. That's why we help you maximize participation:

• On-site convenience. On-site flu clinics result in better participation than asking your employees to go on their own time. Convenience counts.

• Online efficiency. For large clinics, we offer an online sign up system that will stagger the flow of your employees into the clinic. For example, four people sign up online in 10 minute intervals. The system automatically schedules the fifth person to the next 10 minute time slot and so on. This eliminates lines and minimizes the time the employee is away from his or her work.
