Why Passport Health?

The vaccine peoplePassport Health is the nation's largest provider of vaccines with over 200 locations across the country. Over the past seventeen years, Passport Health has been recognized for superior service by the Center for Disease Control, Department of Defense, universities and pharmaceutical companies as a center of excellence. Our staff includes doctors and nurses who specialize in immunization and wellness, along with every aspect of flu clinic management.

A permanent staff of licensed nursesUnlike seasonal flu clinic companies, who pay bottom dollar for contract nurses, our nurses are our employees. That means you can expect:

• Loyalty. Our nurses have a vested interest in Passport Health and the quality of your experience.• Experience. Our nurses administer thousands of flu vaccinations every year. They know how to

make your clinic run smoothly, what challenges may arise and how to handle them effectively.• Stability. Because our nurses are here to stay, they develop relationships with our client

companies and know many of our clients by name.• Availability. Our nurses are available for questions and concerns even after your clinic is over.

No question is too small. Each nurse understands that wellness education is a critical part of their job.

Quality serviceAt Passport Health, we look for ways to go the extra mile, because we know quality service is the reason our clients return to us year after year. Here are a few things you can expect from our first-class care:

• Putting your employees at ease. Our nurses bring high-quality needles that are barely felt, as well as fancy band-aids and candy to reduce anxiety. They are gentle and experienced in guiding employees through the process and gathering necessary allergy information.

• Making you look good. The clinic area will be decorated with branded table cloths to project professionalism and reliability.

• On time and prepared. Our nurses arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to verify the clinic location, meet your contact person and answer any questions you may have.

Leveraging our network for your employeesWith over 200 locations nationwide, Passport Health maintains special relationships with vaccine manufacturers. That means your employees get a distinct advantage:

• Reliable supply. Even in times of shortages, Passport Health has access to 2 million doses of the flu vaccine.

• Reliable delivery. Unlike season flu clinic companies, we do not rely on third party shipments to your clinic location. Your vaccine will arrive with the nurse, who will bring more than required. And even if the unexpected happens, a quick phone call to one of our local offices means more vaccines are on the way!

FlexibilityPassport Health offers flexibility for both you and your employees:

• Payment options. Your company can pay after the clinic is over; your employees can pay at time of service with cash or check; or we can split the cost between the company and the employee.

• For employees who miss the clinic. Passport Health has six convenient Central Texas locations. If one of your employees miss the clinic, they can stop by one of our offices and receive their vaccination at the same price as the on-site flu clinic.

Protecting you from riskPassport Health operates under strict, time-tested protocols to protect you:

• Protection from liability. We provide comprehensive professional liability insurance, which covers our staff and creates a risk-free environment for you as the employer.

• Protection from from emergencies. Your employees are screened by trained vaccine experts. In addition, our nurses are equipped with Emergency Kits (Epinephrine & Benadryl) to manage any adverse reactions.

• Protection from contamination. Your employees will receive vaccines that have been stored and transported, the day of the clinic, under strict FDA guidelines. Nurses also collect used syringes/needles in sharps containers supplied by Passport Health.

Maximizing employee participationThe more employees who participate, the less impact the flu season will have on your company's health and productivity. That's why we help you maximize participation:

• On-site convenience. On-site flu clinics result in better participation than asking your employees to go on their own time. Convenience counts.

• Spreading the word. Passport Health will help you encourage your employees to participate by providing you customizable email templates, posters, and other materials.

• Online efficiency. For large clinics, we offer an online sign up system that will stagger the flow of your employees into the clinic. For example, four people sign up online in 10 minute intervals. The system automatically schedules the fifth person to the next 10 minute time slot and so on. This eliminates lines and minimizes the time the employee is away from his or her work.

A trusted reputationOur repeat clients include organizations like Texas Medical Liability Trust, Texas State Teachers Association, Capitol Metro, the U.S. Treasury, Texas Gas, Texas Disposal Systems, Johnson & Johnson and thousands more!
