• What are the NAS?
- Bulgaria, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

•Specific conditions
- Proposals for partnership extension should be submitted by the co-ordinator, acting on
behalf of all the existing participants in the project, together with the new participant from the NAS

- The duration of the existing contract should be such that an extension to partners from NAS is useful
- Proposals can be submitted for all QoL activities
- But only for RTD projects, demonstration projects, combined RTD/demonstration projects, concerted actions and thematic networks

- Extension will only concern the integration of new participants from the NAS
- Support will only be considered for the extension of existing QoL contracts
