SO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?- Guidance Counselors need a specific role in Universities

- There needs to be more government and school support for counseling type of programs

- Government needs to set up a plan for a more Korean specific systematic plan for guidance counseling

- Students need to take advantage of the counselors

- Students need to become aware that there are guidance counselors available on campus

- There should be mandatory meetings with both the career and guidance counselors before students pick their majors
