Summary
Today, the Internet has become an integral part of the lives of civilized people, and the belief that access to the network is one of civil rights is rooted in society. At the same time, most of the world's population - more than 4 billion people - still does not have access to the Internet, and the rest are forced to pay for it. The Wi-Fi Global project will expand the coverage of the Internet in the world and provide users with free access to a Wi-Fi network.
Most of the inhabitants of the Earth have unrealized needs due to lack of necessary financial resources and would like to have additional sources of income. We give owners of routers the tool for additional earnings and stimulate the distribution of free Internet. The project Wi-Fi Global is a platform for users of individuals who connect to the Internet through Wi-Fi and advertisers who want to show them ads. Big Data technology collects and analyzes non-personalized data on user activity allowing advertisers to show the most accurate advertising that will have a high conversion.
And the technology of blockchain allows making transactions between the participants of the process quick and cheap, providing mutual guarantees to the parties thanks to smart contracts and providing advertisers with absolutely reliable and transparent information about the conducted advertising campaign. The Wi-Fi Global project creates a worldwide decentralized Wi-Fi network through community efforts, and all participants in this network earn proportionally to the contribution to its development.
● Airbnb did not build hotels, but offered everyone a little to be the owner of their own hotel.
● Uber did not start a taxi fleet, but suggested that anyone in their spare time earn their own car.
● So we will not build hot-spots, but offer router owners to work as telecom operators and secure a passive income.
Our team already has implemented projects in the field of Wi-Fi hotspots and advertising in Wi-Fi networks. We analyzed the existing business models and realized that thanks to the technology of blockchain it is possible to create a global decentralized Wi-Fi network and make it free for users at the expense of advertisers. Just now television works; the only difference is that it is enough for us to show a short and unobtrusive advertisement when connecting to the network in order to recoup costs and make a profit.

The situation on the Internet market
Internet users in the world
According to the data provided in the UN Global Broadband Progress report of September 18, 2017, the number of Internet users in the world is 3.58 billion people (the total world population is 7.6 billion). Most users now account for developing countries - they have 2.5 billion users, and in developed countries - 1 billion.
In percentage terms, the largest penetration of the Internet remains in developed countries - 81% compared to 40% in developing countries and 15% in the least developed countries.
In Europe, 76% of the population have the opportunity to go online. In the second place are the CIS countries - 67.7%, the third - the state of the Americas with an indicator of 65.9%. The lowest in Africa is just 21.8%.
Between 2000 and 2015, the proportion of Internet users increased almost seven-fold, from 6.5 to 43 percent of the world's population.
The share of households with Internet access increased from 18% in 2005 to 46% in 2015. Over the past four years, the highest growth in household access was observed in Africa (growth from zero is always indicative), with an annual growth rate of 27%.

Advertisers
Growing and the cost of online advertising. According to the forecast of the research company Zenith Media, in 2017 the market will increase by 13% and reach 205 billion dollars. The share of advertising on the Internet in the total volume of the advertising market will grow from 34 to 36.9%.
At the same time, most of the advertising budgets are spent inappropriately. As a rule, about 44 cents from each dollar in the advertising budget goes to intermediaries.
The fact is that the market is regulated by large areas, the work of which is not transparent: orders are bought by intermediaries, traffic is not targeted, often instead of living people who allegedly looked at advertising, they expose bots.
Therefore, in fact, the advertiser never knows what he paid for: he is not sure for certain whether the target audience viewed the advertisement and what the conversion depended on.
Another trap is retargeting. For example, a person went to the website of TV sets, then closed the page, and TV ads catch up with him on social networks. Yes, the effectiveness of such advertising is very high. But often advertisers and marketers do not take into account that a person could already

buy a TV offline, and went to the site to check the specifications and prices. In this case, the
advertising campaign again does not hit the target.
Development of Wi-Fi networks
At the same time, Wi-Fi networks are rapidly spreading. They literally entangled the whole world: according to ipass.com, at the beginning of 2017, the number of Wi-Fi networks in the world was 177,418,979.
Currently there are 251 181 768 Wi-Fi points all over the world. (pic. 1):
82% are home Wi-Fi points.
18% fall on public Wi-Fi managed points.
© 2017 Wi-Fi Global 8
The situation on the Internet market
Since the beginning of the year, compared with the indicators of 2016, the increase in points was
48%. And over the past four years, the number of points has grown 9 times (pic. 2)
According to the forecasts of the interactive map WebEnertia, at the end of 2018, one point will account for 20 people
Demand for advertising in Wi-Fi is growing: because of the high accuracy of advertising and the high probability that it looks real user. But the entrance threshold is too high - the market for advertising in Wi-Fi networks was taken by local monopolists on a geographical basis. Networks of restaurants and shopping centers broadcast advertising when connected to open Wi-Fi in their schools. Most companies determine the cost per thousand impressions. The average cost of 1000 video displays is $ 30, including targeting.

Problems
In this section, we describe the current problems and difficulties that ordinary users of the Internet and advertisers face, as well as how to solve them using the Wi-Fi Global platform.
Problems of ordinary Internet users
The first problem is the lack in many places of opportunity to connect to an open Wi-Fi network. Due to the fact that LTE Internet has restrictions on maximum traffic, speed and, as a rule, is more expensive, Wi-Fi Internet is needed, first of all, at home, or where a person plans to spend some time watching movies, video or downloading heavy files. For example, in a cafe or restaurant, especially it is relevant for tourists with an average and lower average income, since it is quite expensive to use the Internet permanently in LTE roaming
The second problem is the need to pay for the Internet. Monthly fee for home Internet at a speed of 10 MB / s. in most countries ranges from $ 5 to $ 56. If you consider the Internet a basic human need, then everyone should be able to connect to the network for free. According to the UN in 2016, the number of people living below the poverty line (less than $ 1.25 per person per day) exceeds 800 million. This is more than 10% of the world's population. The richest people and the middle class make up about 24%. Thus, for 76% of the world's population, monthly Internet costs are significant.
And the final problem is the lack of money. Most of the inhabitants of the land have unrealized needs due to lack of necessary financial resources and would like to have additional sources of income.
The solution to the first problem is the implementation of the Wi-Fi Global project. This will allow using a home wireless router to cover the maximum amount of residential space around the world with a free Wi-Fi network, and also stimulate the distribution of free Internet in places with high traffic: cafes, bars, restaurants, children's and sports grounds, etc.
The second problem will be solved by creating the possibility of connecting to a free Wi-Fi network around the world. It will only be enough to see a short promotional video (10-15 seconds).
The solution to the third problem - by connecting to the platform Wi-Fi Global, you can start earning by connecting other users. For active people, the Wi-Fi Global project creates simple and understandable conditions for obtaining additional income through participation in our referral program. The level of earnings depends solely on the activity of the participant and the effectiveness of his actions. You can earn a small amount monthly, spending a minimum of effort, and you can earn a lot of money by connecting a lot of people to the free Internet.

Problems
Advertiser Issues
The first problem is the lack of necessary data about the audience, which is being broadcast advertising. In most cases, the advertiser is forced to "shoot a cannon through the sparrows," showing the advertisement of a product or service not only to those who can really be interested in it, thereby increasing the budget of the advertising campaign and reducing efficiency. This is especially true for the promotion of non-mass products with a strong target audience. Modern Internet resources, for example, search engines or social networks, allow targeting advertising in a certain way, but the parameters for such targeting are very limited, and the cost of such advertising is quite high.
The solution - the Wi-Fi Global platform allows the advertiser to clearly select an audience based on the history of search queries, sex, age, social networking profile, location (with any degree of detail right up to the street, house, apartment). It is important that, unlike advertising in search engines or social networks, a Wi-Fi user, in any case, concentrates on a commercial or banner, which is demonstrated before entering the Internet. With more effective display, the cost of such advertising is much lower than advertising in search engines or social networks.
The second problem is the complexity, and, often, the inability to monitor the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. Advertisers can not get information about who, when and how many times their ads were shown. This greatly complicates the adjustment process if the advertising campaign does not produce the expected result. Often, owners of advertising media intentionally overstate the statistics about the shows in order to get a larger budget, realizing that the advertiser will not be able to verify it in any way.
The solution - in the Wi-Fi Global platform, each advertiser in his personal account can see the fullest and 100% reliable statistics. The entire history of advertising shows is recorded on the blockade and can not be falsified.as

Operation scheme
The Wi-Fi Global platform creates a worldwide decentralized free Wi-Fi network. There are 3 key links in the chain:
● User is a person who connects to an open network and uses the Internet for free after watching
ads.
● The owner of the router - provides access to an open network and earns on advertising.
● Advertiser - broadcasts advertising to its target audience, paying with the
owners of routers (see Table 2)
When connected to the system (see Table 1), the router starts distributing another network. It is isolated from the home network at the software level, so without the owner's knowledge, no one can connect to it.
The second network becomes public. The load on the router is distributed evenly, the owner can set the parameters suitable for him.
When connecting to a public network, users see targeted ads.
The income of the owner of the router depends on the quantity and quality of the advertisement viewed. The system analyzes the location, profiles in social networks, search queries and other parameters necessary for advertising targeting. The more solvent the audience is in the public network, the more tokens are charged for viewing ads and, accordingly, the more expensive are the impressions for advertisers.
The referral program (see Table 3) allows active users to earn a global network by involving new router owners.
Table 1. The algorithm of the owner's actions
Step Act Comments
1. Get Invitation.
Invitation is a personal code that identifies a user in the system. You can connect to the system only by inviting. The first invites will go to the ICO participants and the project team for the development of the network. To connect to the system, you can use your own invite or invite from another user (see Table 2).
2. Register in the system and install the software (software) on the router.
Installation instructions and software is available on our website.

Operation scheme
3. Create a public network and give away free internet.
The user, if desired, can create a public network and give out free Internet to others, or simply limit himself to viewing advertisements within his home network.
4. When creating a new public network, the user is awarded a Welcome Bonus in the form of tokens.
You can withdraw bonus tokens after the amount of the Welcome Bonus is displayed on the network. This is necessary in order to obtain the primary targeting data necessary for advertisers.
5. For each view of advertising, the owner of the router is credited with tokens.
The number of charged tokens per view depends on who is advertising this video. The more solvent and targeted the audience is in the network, the higher the demand from advertisers and the more advertisers are willing to pay for impressions. Accordingly, the more tokens the router owner receives.
In case the demand for advertising on any routers is low and there are not enough advertisers ready to pay a certain cost for the displays on this router, the advertisement starts to be broadcast with the condition of payment for the transfer. If this is not enough, unallocated displays are sold on RTB (Real Time Bidding) - an online advertising technology that operates on the principle of real-time ad auction advertising and allows for an auction to sell advertising impressions in a split second.
6. Sets, if desired, individual criteria for moderating the advertising content.
If the owner of the router wishes to limit the subject matter of the advertising shown in his network, he establishes additional restrictions on the site. For example, some of the network participants may not want to show ads 18+.
7. Fixes profits in the form of accumulated tokens following the results of the period of work.
Accumulated tokens can, if desired, be exchanged for another crypto currency or purse money at crypto-exchange.

Operation scheme
Table 2. The algorithm of the advertiser's actions
Step Act Comments
1. Register in the system.
2. In my account, set the advertisement settings.
Available formats: banner, commercial, catching up advertising.
The system automatically calculates the cost of the advertising campaign (in tokens). Each point (the designation of a router in the system) contains information about already conducted advertising campaigns and their conversions.
Available options for targeting: location, gender, age, place of residence, education, profession, interests, searches in search engines, etc.
3. Confirm on the site the agreement with the terms of the offer contract.
4. Buy the required number of tokens on the exchange and pay for the advertising campaign.
5. Submit to the moderation promotional materials.
In the Wi-Fi Global platform, all advertising materials undergo mandatory moderation in accordance with the general criteria designed to exclude unwanted content from the broadcast. There are also additional criteria for moderation, set by the owners of routers. For example, some of the network participants may not show ads 18+.
6. Launch an advertising campaign.
7. Get a detailed report. The report contains detailed and fully reliable statistical information about the conducted advertising campaign.

Schering Wi-Fi (referral program)
1. To receive an invite.
2.
Agree with any other owner of the wi-fi router, install the software under his invoice and create a new public network.
In this case, the system will distribute tokens credited to the public network (hereinafter, the public network1) as follows:
- 25% to the owner of the invoice
- 5% commission of the Wi-Fi Global platform
- 70% to the owner of the router (further to the owner of the router1)
If the owner of the router wants to connect directly and download his own invite on the Wi-Fi Global site, the system will distribute the tokens credited to the public network1 as follows:
- 30% commission of the Wi-Fi Global platform
- 70% to the owner of the router1
Thus, for the owner of the router, there is no difference in what kind of invitations (one's own or another's) to create a public network.
Only invites received by ICO participants allow you to connect to the Wi-Fi Global platform on a commission of 5%.
© 2017 Wi-Fi Global 15
Operation scheme
3.
To motivate the owner of the router 1, who created the public network under his invasion, to look for other router owners and create new public networks.
In this case, the system will distribute the tokens credited to the new public network (hereinafter, the public network 2) as follows:
- 18.75% to the owner of the router 1
- 6.25% to the owner of the invoice
- 5% commission of the Wi-Fi Global platform
- 70% to the owner of the router 2
That is, the owner of the invites will receive 25% of the 25% of the router owner's tokens 1. In the event that the owner of the router 2 agrees with someone else and the owner of the router 3 appears, the system will distribute the tokens credited to the new public network 3 as follows:
- 18.75% to the owner of the router 2
- 6.25% to the owner of the router 1
- 1,56% to the owner of the invoice
- 5% commission of the Wi-Fi Global platform
- 70% to the owner of the router 3
and so on.
Invites received by ICO participants work in the same way when new router owners are involved and do not create additional competitive advantages when creating a referral network. In addition, the owner of the invoice received at the ICO stage does not give the commission from his income.
Monthly subscription fee to owners of Wi-Fi routers for showing ads in their home network.

Operation scheme
1. To receive an invite.
2. Agree with any owner of a wi-fi router to install the software under his invoice and pay the cost of the Internet (monthly transfer the necessary amount to his personal account from the relevant operator).
After installing the software (for each business model the site has its own instructions and software), the owner of the router when connected to the network will be shown ads, and tokens for viewing will be charged to the owner of the inviteate.
In most cases, when it comes to a solvent and targeted audience, the amount generated through the implementation of the charged token per month will be significantly higher than the cost of using the Internet.
3. Change the accrued per-month tokens for the respective currency and transfer the monthly fee for the Internet to the personal account of the operator.
You can change tokens via crypto-exchange.
Installation of a router in areas of concentration of the audience, interesting advertisers.
1. To receive an invite.
2. Install the router in such a way that the selected location is within its range.
3. Register in the system and install the software (software) on the router.
Installation instructions and software are on our website.
4. Create a public network and give away free internet.
Examples of places suitable for this business model can be playgrounds, sports grounds, parks, squares and. and so forth.

Blockchain
All information is stored in the locker and periodically updated. These data can not be lost or faked.
Blockchain has become the connecting link of the whole system. Each transaction is serviced by a deal.
Deal actually plays the role of an advertising agency. It is necessary to ensure that both sides are confident that the advertising budget will reach its destination and is converted into the planned number of impressions.
Deal
● Takes data generated from advertiser tasks that are on Wi-Fi Global servers.
● Forms an ad campaign in which the advertising settings are already reg istered.
● Determines the cost of advertising campaigns for each router.
● Determines how the advertising money will be divided by all advertisers selected routers.
● After receipt of the report on the completed advertising campaign in the database, Deal takes the advertiser's report and the router's report and makes a new entry in the database about this particular router, fixing that on the X date of the X year the data on the router is updated. The advertiser can see and evaluate the updated data.
● The database hash is written to the host.
© 2017 Wi-Fi Global 18
Operation scheme
One entry in the blockchain contains information about one transaction. Thus, the number of transactions is equal to the number of advertising campaigns.
The database contains information on targeting (geo, router coordinates, number of users, age, interests, etc.) for past advertising campaigns and their conversions, systematized in such a way that these materials can be easily found and processed. The database is automatically supplemented and updated with information from new completed advertising campaigns.
The hash of the database is tied to each router and guarantees to the advertiser that he receives up-to-date and honest information on the conversion of the conducted advertising campaigns. The advertiser sees this in the graphical interface, where he chooses the settings and parameters of his advertising campaign.
Scalability
The operations are processed in the technology of the blockchain system by the data centers of the project - this is a distributed network that will be available to our partners. Confirmation of the transaction will be carried out between several NODs, which greatly accelerates the processing.
The system is designed to process dozens of transactions (= advertising campaigns) per second. With the simultaneous launch of a large number of small advertising campaigns, there may be delays of several hours. However, in this scheme it can be neglected - for example, advertising agencies often draw up documents within a few wee

GFI Token allows owners of access points to profit from advertising, connecting advertisers with a
wider audience.
New ad network
Modern ad networks, for example, AdSense, take large commissions. Sellers of advertising have to
share with the site 30-50% of profits. And most of it goes to compensate for the financial and
bureaucratic costs of the advertising network.
Under current conditions, only rare companies and popular bloggers can rely on significant
advertising profits, which have a large traffic flow on their sites.
Wi-Fi Global by connecting to small private routers and sites gives advertisers access to a wide
audience. And to owners of access points to the Internet gives the chance to earn on broadcasting
of advertising. This is how the promising advertising market within the worldwide Wi-Fi network is
born.
This section looks at the advertising network from a technical point of view: architecture, basic
functions, examples of advertising deals. Terms that are used in the technical description are
interpreted in the subsection "Conditions".
Technical features
Wi-Fi Global has five differences from existing advertising networks.
1. Multilevel structure.
Each posted ad can have several parties that receive a commission.
· The commission is paid by the network itself.
· Additional commission can be paid to the partner (agent) - the one who connected the owner of
the access point to the network.
· The agent can also have his agent, as a result of which more parties receive commission from
advertising.
This feature encourages partners to connect more network access points.

Technical documentation
2. Token
Transactions are performed using a virtual currency - "tokens".
Tokens are issued with ICO (primary coin issue). They can be exchanged for any other real world
currency (fiat money) or crypto currency through the market.
Using tokens is abstract and simplifies payments and transactions.
1. Blockchain
Information about tokens, transactions and advertisements is stored in the blockchain. It ensures
transparency and trust between the network and its participants.
2. Smart setting.
The ad network stores target ad statistics for all connected access points. This allows the network to
automatically select an access point (or group of access points) that matches the preferences of the
advertiser.
On the other hand, the network allows you to set the "preferences" of access points, setting the
minimum cost of the ad, and filter out ads that, according to statistics, are not suitable for its
audience (for example, for adults only).
3. CPA / CPM modes.
The ad network allows two types of transactions: for showing (CPM) or for action (CPA):
"For showing" - the client pays for each impression of the ad.
"For action" - the customer pays only for a certain action, for example, clicking on an ad or
switching to a specific page on the client's website.
Architecture Overview
Suppose that the access point and the client have already concluded a Deal agreement on which
ad to show (for more details about Deal in the same section)

Technical documentation
Access point
The access point demonstrates an agreed announcement of the audience and sends it directly
through a GA-like script or indirectly by requesting the URLs of promotional pictures stored on the
advertising statistics server - statistical data in the advertising statistics service.
Client's site (login page)
The client's site is the place where the main advertisement is displayed. The client’s site (directly
through the GA-like script) sends the statistics of the user's interaction with the site to the
advertising statistics service, monitoring certain user actions on the sites (for example, ordering the
product or filling out the form) listed in Deal.
Service of advertising statistics
Advertising statistics service is an Internet service that has an API for:
1) storage of statistical data;
2) obtaining specific statistics.
It also manages:
· Requests to the Access Points database - to find suitable search criteria, for example, the audience;
© 2017 Wi-Fi Global 22
Technical documentation
current conditions of Deal;
· Statistics;
· The creation of new Deal
Access points can access the advertising statistics service to request information:
a) about the end of Deal;
b) about the availability of the new Deal.
The Advertising Statistics Service updates the blockchain with links to the actual data about access
points and Deal.
Database of advertising statistics
The database of advertising statistics stores the data received by the advertising statistics service
and updates the blockchain information daily with information pertaining to Deal.
The Database of advertising statistics collects weekly access point statistics to classify the access
point and pre-index it for new Deal.
Blockchain
Blockchain is used to store trusted information about payments and bills. All transactions are made
in the GFI Token currency.
Each participant of the network: access point, advertiser, network developer and investor - has an
account (account) of GFI Tokens.
Blockchain keeps information:
• how many GFI Tokens have a member;
• On acting Deals: information about the purposes, statistics, a link to the expanded data Deal in the
database of advertising statistics;
• About access points: links to their statistics and accounts.
Blockchain is the only place in the whole network where operations with GFI Tokens occur. Smart
contract GFI Token guarantees that payments will be transferred when the goal of Deal is achieved.

Technical documentation
Deal
A virtual agreement between the advertiser and one or more Access Points is called Deal. It plays a
central role in the advertising network.
The advertiser client places a new Deal (for example, through the Ad Statistics Service front-end
system). The service then finds the appropriate access points. Then the advertiser confirms the
operation, initiating on his behalf Deal with GFI Token blockchain.
Whenever the new Deal is registered in the blockchain, the GFI Token are transferred from the
advertiser's account to the Escrow (Arbitration Fund) associated with Deal, and must be transferred
to the Access Points at the end of the advertising campaign.
Deal has several properties:
• Unique ID.
• Escrow.
• Goals (number of impressions, actions, etc.).
• The ID of the access points.
• Statistics for each Access Point.
• Various parameters related to advertising: advertising images, advertising preferences (time for
display, region for display, etc.).
Whenever Deal statistics reach the goals of an advertising campaign, Deal is marked as complete,
and Escrow is translated to Access Points (in proportion to their participation in the result.
With each transferred GFI Token commission is withdrawn.
5% - transferred to the network itself (root account),
25% - commission, transferred to the so-called "agent" of the paid access point. "Agent" can also
have its own "agents".
Deal are stored both in the blockchain and in the database of advertising statistics, since the
blockchain is used as a reliable source of information about payments, while in the database of
advertising statistics, more relevant statistics can be stored that is regularly discarded in the locker
and is the storage location for additional extended data and parameters of advertising regardless of
payments.

GFI Token
GFI Token is a new crypto token. GFI Token will be based on the Ethereum platform, because
Ethereum makes it easy to develop and test custom scripts (smart contracts) for the
implementation of the above-described GFI Token and Deal logics
As in Ethereum, each member of the network has its own unique identifier (address), credentials
and a wallet, which allows you to execute transactions.
Most of them will be issued by the internal service account. Those that need to be protected: for
example, the transfer of funds when creating a new Deal, are safe and can only be released by the
owner of the funds.
Token data
Accounts
Type: mapping (address => unsigned integer)
Purpose - saves the number of tokens for each user.
Deals
Type: Mapping (Deal_ID => Deal)
Purpose: the storage of transactions that can be accessed in accordance with their Deal_ID.
Deal is a structure containing the following fields:
• Deal_ID is an unsigned integer or a string to be determined.
• Escrow is an unsigned integer.
• Goals (mapping (string => whole number without a 32 character))
• HotspotCount is an unsigned integer 32
• HotspotStats (HotspotDealStats [])
• DealDBKey (unordered integer) - a reference to the transaction key BD corresponding to this entry
- for obtaining extended information.

• DealDBHash (unsigned integer) - a reference to the hash value of the BD transactions for the key
to verify that the DB is intact.
HotspotDealStats is a structure
• HotspotID (address)
• DealStats (mapping (string => unsigned integer 32))
• DealStatsDBKey (unordered integer) - a reference to the transaction key DB corresponding to this
record (for obtaining extended information
• DealStatsDBHash (unsigned integer) - reference to the hash value of DB transactions for the key to
verify that the DB is not corrupted
Note. Goals and statistics are now identified as strings, for example, "Impressions" or "Clicks" in
order to make them extensible. Providing the proper lines is the responsibility of the client code
Access points
Type: Mapping (Address => Access Point)
Purpose: to store statistics and data on access points.
The access point is the following structure
• HotspotDBKey (unsigned integer) - a reference to the BD of the access points corresponding to
this entry (containing extended access point information)
• HotspotDBHash (unsigned integer) - a reference to the BD hash value of the access points for the
key to verify that the BD is not damaged
• HotspotGroupIDs (unsigned integer []) - the access point can be part of one or more groups

Technical documentation
SuzerainsCommission - agent commission.
Type: mapping (address => unsigned integer 16)
Purpose: to store the commission value for each agent.
Basic Transactions
New Deal ()
Registers a new Deal
Parameters: uint escrowValue, address [] targetHotspots, mapping (string => uint32) objective /
unsigned integer escrow transaction value, address [], mapping (string string => unsigned integer
32) targets.
Return Value: Deal_ID the ID of the new transaction
Comments:
Registers a new transaction on an array of access points and targets.
The escrow Value parameter is checked inside the sender's account, after which the amount is
transferred to the new Escrow account of the transaction.
The array of access points can be large, but its size
1) is limited to Ethereum (approximately 27 thousand addresses);
2) the larger the size, the more gas you need to pay
To solve this problem, an alternative implementation can be used using the HotSpotGroup ID as a
parameter and working with pre-built HotSpot groups.
The new Deal is saved in Deals;
UpdateDealStatistics ()
Updates the statistics of Deal.
Parameters: Deal_ID [], HotspotDealStats [] new_stats
Return value: none
Comments:
msg.sender must be in the SystemAccount array.

Technical documentation
Updates handle statistics with new values. If the tasks are completed, EndDeal ()
EndDeal ()
Finishes Deal and transfers the funds with Escrow account to access points and "agents" -greens.
Parameters: Deal_ID of the transaction
Return value: none
Comments:
Completes the deal
Steps:
1) Distribute the amount of Escrow account between access points in proportion to their
participation in the task.
2) For each access point, find its agent in the agent card and transfer to him the commission
(as a percentage of the total cost) indicated by the SuzerainsCommission value for this
agent from the total cost amount
If the agent's address is the key to the Agent card (so that he has his own agent), do the same for
him, then do the same again if the agent agent has his own agent, and so on.
3) Transfer the remaining funds to access points.
UpdateDeals ()
Updates the statistics of Deal.
Parameters: Deal [] transactions
Return value: none
Comments:
msg.sender must be in the SystemAccount array. Escrow account transactions and goals should
either be absent, or correspond to those already available in the blockchain.
Batch updates process statistics with new values. If the targets are fulfilled, EndDeal () is called for it.
UpdateHotspot ()
Updates the access point information.
Parameters: hotspot_address address, hotspot_description access point description
© 2017 Wi-Fi Global 28
Technical documentation
Return value: none
Comments:
Update access point statistics
AddHotspot ()
Registers a new access point in the blockchain.
Parameters: hotspot_description access point, agent address
Return value: none
Comments:
Creates an access point, adds the amount of the agent to the Agent card (the access point address
is the key). The access point is taken from msg.sender. It is necessary to check whether the value of
the agent works as a key for the commission card of SuzerainCommission agents (the agent has
already been added).
AddSuzerain ()
Adds / updates the agent.
Parameters: address of the agent, address suzerain_of_suzerain, commission-free integer 16
Return value: none
Comments:
Adds an agent and commissions to the commission card of SuzerainCommission agents. If the
value suzerain_of_suzerain is specified, it adds it to suzerain_of_suzerain in the agent map as a
value, and the agent as the key.
msg.sender must be in the SystemAccount array or suzerain_of_suzerain.

Frequently asked Questions
Why blockchain?
Blockchain allows us to transfer small amounts of cash between network participants without any
involvement of financial institutions, such as a bank. It also allows us to provide transparency, so
advertisers, investors, owners of access points can get accurate information about where their
funds are located.
Will the solution be scalable?
The speed of transactions is not a problem for the system, since they occur infrequently. For each
Deal, one transaction (NewDeal ()) occurs once. Advertising is demonstrated over a period of time
from hours to several months. And the statistics are updated daily, to ensure the scalability of the
system, the update rate of statistics can also be reduced to days.
In the current implementation, there is a limit on the number of access points that can be
processed by NewDeal () (about 20 thousand). This restriction can be leveled by the commission,
for example, of several Deal
It is safe?
All operations related to the distribution of commissions and transfer of tokens can only be carried
out with the permission of the client

Technical documentation
Deal is a term specifically used in this document, denoting an object that is an agreement (or
distribution) between access points and the advertiser.
Escrow means money that is taken from the payer's account when Deal starts, and freezes until the
Deal is completed, and then transferred to the recipient.
Agent, or suzerain is a participant in the network. The one who receives the commission (often
because he actually leads and connects new people to the network) from certain access points
(router owners). Maybe he himself has an agent of a higher level. Inside the system, network
developers are agents of the highest level.
The client is the client of the network, the advertiser. Anyone who wants to show their ads.
The client's site is the site to which the ad is advertised.
Site actions - specific actions on the website, such as clicking a button or submitting a form.

Business model
The main market that the Wi-Fi Global project will form and work on is the Internet advertising
market for owners of home Wi-Fi routers. To date, this is a huge free niche, and we expect to take it.
For 3 years since the launch of the project, we plan to connect to our platform at least 20% of the
current number of Wi-Fi routers. Taking into account the existing dynamics of Wi-Fi networks
development in the world and the constant growth of the number of routers, our goal is quite
achievable. The Wi-Fi Global platform earns % of the cost of advertising shown on the network of
connected routers.

Revenue revenue from ad impressions is generated in tokens, to simplify the calculations we take the
cost of advertising in $, based on the average cost of targeted advertising in Wi-Fi networks.
In calculations, we use the average cost of targeted advertising in Wi-Fi networks to date.
Nevertheless, we forecast a significant increase in the cost of advertising as the global market is
formed. At the moment, Wi-Fi advertising is underestimated compared to other resources due to the
fact that there is no single market, and pricing is often chaotic.
This business model will allow the Wi-Fi Global project to pay back the costs of creating a global free
Internet network and for three years to work on the turnover of more than $ 7,000,000,000 per year.

Token sale (ICO)
ICO will help Wi-Fi Global achieve two strategic goals:
1. Run the project - the operations are fixed in the blockchain, advertising campaigns are paid tokens.
1 token = 10 ad impressions = $ 0.3 (the price of the token on the ICO).
2. Scales the idea - to build a worldwide open access to the Internet, community support is needed.
To stimulate interested owners of routers, advertisers and investors, on 11 November at 14:00 UTC
we hold a pre-ICO with a bonus of 30%. ICO Appointed for November.
GFI Token emission (GFI)
A total of 150,000,000 WT will be produced.
During the pre-ICO and ICO, 100,000,000 WT will be available for purchase.
The unsold GFI token will be destroyed.
The GFI token emission is programmed by a smart contract and will be performed in the order shown
in the diagram below.
In the event of a price reduction, a buy back (buy-back) token may be conducted.

Token sale (ICO)
Price of the token
In the turnover will be issued 100,000,000 WT. The cost of the token on the ICO will be $ 0.3. In the
future, the price will depend on the % penetration of Wi-Fi Global into the advertising market: from
the volume of the market formed by the project. The more penetration into the advertising market,
the higher the price of the token. This is due to the fact that the volume of penetration to the market
will grow, and the number of tokens will remain fixed.
Preliminary calculation of the cost of the token
Data for calculation:
Total advertising market per year: $ 494,000,000,000.
Average advertising cost: $ 0.025.
Number of tokens on the market: 100,000,000 GFI
According to preliminary calculations, if the penetration rate to the market is 0.03, the value of the
token will be $ 1.48.
$ 494,000,000,000 X 0,03% = $ 148,200,000 (market volume).
$ 148,200,000 / $ 0.025 = 5,928,000,000 (number of ad impressions on the market).
$ 148,200,000 / 100,000,000 tokens = $ 1.48.

Token sale (ICO)
According to preliminary calculations, if the penetration rate to the market is 1, then the value of the
token will be $ 49.4.
$ 494,000,000,000 X 1% = $ 4,940,000,000 (market volume).
$ 4,940,000,000 / $ 0.025 = 197,600,000,000 (number of advertising displays on the market).
$ 4,940,000,000 / 100,000,000 tokens = $ 49.4

Budget allocation
The budget will be distributed in five directions.
60% of the budget will be allocated for the development and promotion of the company. Half of the
budget is allocated for advertising, as it is necessary to expand the community: attract participants,
agents and create a powerful advertising campaign around the project.
15% of the budget will be allocated to attract more advertisers. Advertisers, along with the
community, are the foundation of the project.
10% of the budget will be allocated to the team of developers of Wi-Fi Global to create and improve
the project and achieve its goals. This amount also includes the cost of independent security audits.
10% of the budget will be allocated for the development of a solid legal basis for Wi-Fi Global, a small
part will go to administration.
5% will be allocated for contingencies.

Privacy and conclusion
For community blockchain, confidentiality is very important. Awareness of the importance of
protecting the data and information stored in our system forces us to inform you that we ensure the
anonymity of our users and comply with the privacy laws of the countries we work with. The GMW
privacy policy fully transparently describes all the information it collects, describes how we can use
this data and under what circumstances.
This document describes the technological aspects of the development of the Wi-Fi Global project,
and also a description of its concept. Using blockchain technology will improve this system and bring
it to a new level of application in the masses. Thanks to the unique concept and interest among
ordinary people, the Wi-Fi Global is an unprecedented and innovative phenomenon in the world
with a huge investment potential for all those who like us to change the world and decided to join
this project for this purpose.

Epilog
Why is your support so important to us?
We conceived a grandiose plan:
- to provide the whole world with free Wi-Fi;
- give each owner of the router a tool for additional earnings;
- Turn the advertising market in Wi-Fi networks and make it transparent.
Our technology in conjunction with the blockchain one step ahead of competitors and is at the foot
of a growing market.
The project coped with the tests: we checked on the local points - it works.
It remains only to implement the plan described above.
We are ready to scale.
The world is ready.
But the global network can only be built by the joint efforts of the community.
