Hello Ladies! I hope this bulletin finds all of you well. V/e are coming to the end of the yearwhich means year end reports are due. I have already started receiving these narratives and Iwánt to thank the Units that have sent them to me.The only thing I need for Department year end is a narrative. However, National has sent me aform that I received late and they want Units to fill out 3 questions and return them to me byJune lst. The questions are as follows:

Total amount of direct aid spent to help ALL children (not just military children):

Total number of children served in year?

Total amount of contributions made to other agencies EXCEPT Child Welfare Foundation (i.e.:Childrens Miracle Network, St. Jude's Hospital, Riley Children's Hospital, Girls Scouts, etc.):

If you could send these answers to me, I will take them by email, snail mail, or phone call. Myphone number is 502-650-0502. My email address is carrie040968@,yahoo.com and my mailingaddress is 526 N. 27th Street, Louisville, KY 40212.

At State Convention, I will again be having a silent auction. We desperately need Units to makedonations to this auction. It doesn't have to be anything big, but we want to end this year on agood note. Any support you can give will be greatly appreciated.

It has been a pleasure serving for Madam President Lois this year and I do hope we have a greatreporting from Units.
