1. It doesn’t play CDs, but it plays AVIs off your digital camera’s SD card.

2. The flaps that protect the GameCube controllers and memory card slots are removable.

3. Wii Sports includes training and workout modes.

4. You can let one remote control all four players in Wii Sports: Tennis.

Your PlayStation 2 save game files can be transferred to the PS3 (thank goodness! Transferring Xbox saves to 360 is tedious and requires purchasing third-party apps/equipment)

The Sixaxis gets roughly 30 hours of battery life (if true, it blows Microsoft's Xbox 360 rechargeable -- but easily replaced -- battery away)

Touch-sensitive power and eject buttons are a nice touch - literally (but we prefer handling said activities from the couch, with a remote or controller)

housed in the pairing of the motion controller and the eye camera. The sphere at the end of the motion controller allows the eye camera to pinpoint your every movement and position within the room.
