Ordering - all orders must be in written format, by e-mail or order form. specify the styles and amounts of cards you would like to purchase. resale license / number is required.

Minimum - $50 per order. orders below minimum will be charged a $10 service fee.

Pricing and payment - opening orders must be prepaid before shipment by credit card or check. subsequent orders can be payable in 30 days, subject to credit approval (two trade references required). late payments will be subject to a 4% late fee per month. all listed prices are wholesale, and are subject to change.

Shipping and Handling - orders ship within three to four weeks, unless a shipment date is specified. rush shipment is available, however fees may apply. fed ex, ups ground or standard usps rates apply.

Returns and Back Orders - returns are accepted within 15 days, in original packaging and unused/undamaged. returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. no returns on any custom orders. items you order may be out of stock, we will contact you immediately if this occurs.

Packaging - we package our orders carefully, but at the same time try to use the minimum amount of packing necessary to prevent waste. individual cards are packaged in biodegradable clear bags suitable for resale. “green” labels for the bags are available upon request. sets are packaged in clear boxes with a kraft label.
