A D V A N T A G E S of GPS System
1. Th e ability to communicate with members/players on the golf course.
• Instant communication with the option to confi rm with member/
players through system that they have received and acknowledged
messages. System also off ers an emergency call button in case of a
problem on the course.
• Th is system would allow us to do away with our current Lightning
Evacuation System.
• Th e system allows a message with a confi rmation from the players
that they understand Lightning is in the area this releases WCR from
a possible liability situation.
• Also allows Golf Shop to disable carts if they continue to play on. In
Cart Path Only situations Golf Shop can disable carts that are not
following the Cart Path Only rules.
• Ranger/Marshalling: now carts/groups which fall behind the pace of
playcan be sent a message and their progress monitored in real time.
• Ranger situation for Tournaments, slow play can be monitored,
if situation is warranted, message can be sent and or a Rules
Offi cial dispatched to the problem group/area.
2. Club Car / Visage - Cart Maintenance advantages.
• Visage allows us to know the battery status on any cart.
• Club Car Precedent allows us to fi ll batteries with special water fi lling
system. Th is is important from a safety and effi ciency standpoint, as
battery acid is kept away from the staff servicing the cart fl eet.
3. Protection of the clubs most important asset……….. the Golf Course.
• Th e ability to control where carts can and cannot travel.
• Th e ability to allow Handicap Carts to get closer to Greens & Tees,
yet control how close they actually can drive to the Greens & Tees.
4. Incremental Return on Investment through Food & Beverage sales.
• Opportunity to prompt and increase Snack Bar sales by
previewing the menu following the eighth green prior to the turn.
5. Modern State of the Art GPS Distance system.
• Fly-Over Option to preview hole prior to play.
• Touch screen distances to any point on the hole.
• Touch screen distance when play is Cart Path Only.
• Ability to see where the group in front and behind actually are.
• Touch screen option to know distances to Lay-Up.

We are excited to introduce the new style and format of our Club newsletter! One of our objectives in changing the look and feel of our newsletter was to improve the quality and content. In this new world of quick and interactive social media, newsletters are much like newspapers ...much of the information is “old news” once it goes to print. We want to use the newsletter as a quick source of information and an avenue to promote the exciting events that will take place this season.
We have launched our revised website, www.wildcatruncc.com, which has been designed to off er more versatility. Members can make dining, fi tness and golf reservations via the site. Golf reservations will continue with the Fore Tees technology. Th e website will be the central location for all the latest club and community communication. Please take a moment to visit www.wildcatruncc.com and create your new User ID and password. Th e fi rst time you log in to the site please use your member number as the user name and your last name as the password. If you have diffi culty accessing the website or creating your new credentials, please call the Administrative offi ce and someone will be happy to assist.
Vincent and JoAnne Vicidomini met
at a high school dance in New York
City and have “been going steady ever
since”. JoAnne was born in Fayetteville,
NC while her mother and father were
living at Ft. Bragg. Vincent was born
in NYC within shouting distance
of Yankee Stadium. After they were
married, they lived in Pound Ridge,
New York for forty years.
JoAnne taught second grade at
Greenwich Academy in Greenwich,
CT and was the Director of the intern
program. Vincent is a pharmacist
and worked at various hospitals and
pharmaceutical distribution businesses
over his career in the NY metropolitan
area.
Th e Vicidomini’s love to travel to Italy;
particularly to the lake region in the
north and to Milan. “Our heritage
is Italian so we have great affi nity for
their food and wine.”
Vincent and JoAnne fell in love with
Wildcat Run after visiting during
Christmas week of 2004. Th ey
purchased their home before they left
to return to New York. “We loved
the people, the golf course, and the
spacious setting. It was love at fi rst
sight and we had looked from Ocala
to Naples!”
When asked what is it about Wildcat
Run that they fi nd special they replied,
“of course, we love our home. But it’s
the people who live in Wildcat Run
that make it very special - from the
golf groups that welcomed us to the
Friday night “social” at the club.”

INSIDE THE PRIDEBill Delayo, General Manager/COO
We have recently completed a very thorough planning and budget process and are looking forward to the arrival of many of our seasonal members and some cooler weather. Th e beginning of a new season is also an opportunity for the management team to renew our commitment to creating an environment that cultivates our exceptional Arnold Palmer Signature designed golf course,
innovative social and dining events, and opportunities for our members to develop and foster enduring friendships. Th e management team and support staff is enthusiastic and motivated to demonstrate our expertise in Club operations so you may enjoy your experience as a member of one of the fi nest clubs in Southwest Florida. We are dedicated to the idea that exceptional member and guest service is the cornerstone
of our success and is the primary way to diff erentiate this club from others. More importantly it is the people (members) that truly defi ne the culture of our club and together we can move forward building a culture of community, respect, and integrity as we continue to navigate these challenging economic conditions. It is imperative for members to embrace and utilize the club amenities, invite guests and refer your friends. We need to experience revenue growth and we need to execute this plan together.
Our most eff ective form of advertising continues to be, and will always be, testimonials and endorsement from our current members. Now that we have Non-Resident membership opportunities, it is more important than ever for you to continue to refer any of your interested friends and family members to Sara James or myself. Th e entire team appreciates your continued confi dence, passion and support for Wildcat Run and for this we say “Th ank you!”
Th e management team, with the support of the Board of Directors, believes strongly that one of our main responsibilities is to preserve the value of your real estate and lifestyle investment. In order for us to accomplish this goal, the Club must be both fi scally and operationally sound. We are working diligently each day to anticipate your expectations and to deliver a memorable experience each time you visit the Club. Please continue to provide us with your thoughts and comments via email or in person at the Club.
I look forward to seeing you all at the club!
FROM THE BOARDROOM
Jim Cangiano,
Board Presid ent
Labor Day has come and
gone and we can now
start anticipating what
will be a terrifi c season at
Wildcat Run. It might be
appropriate for all our members to recall (a portion
of ) the Club’s mission statement:
Th e Club is committed to providing the membership with an experience they can be proud of by consistently delivering excellence and value in an atmosphere of integrity and mutual respect.
Members who are returning from their summer
travels will fi nd that the club is moving in the
right direction after almost a year of change
and challenge. Our Staff has worked diligently
this summer to develop a seasonal calendar full
of exciting events. Having seen our leadership
successfully manage through the issues we faced
last season, I am confi dent that members will be
able to relax, make frequent use of our amenities,
and simply enjoy the “Wildcat” experience.
As we all know the economy has taken a “down” turn
in the past few years and the need for collaborative
eff orts to help increase our membership is greater
than ever. Bringing friends and acquaintances to
the Club so that they can “experience the pride”
is encouraged and appreciated. If you have any
questions regarding any of our membership
programs, please do not hesitate to contact Sara
James, Director of Membership Sales, Marketing
and Communications.
We anticipate the return of our seasonal members
so that we can begin to defi ne with all our members
a vision for our future, a vision which will insure the
continuing value of our club and our community.
We look forward to seeing many more familiar
faces in the very near future!
