originally built in 1884 by Lord Hillingdon as a beautiful enhancement to Dorton
House, which dates back to 1669 and was the residence of Sir Charles Bickerstaffe.

examples of Kent Ragstone, a locally sourced grey limestone, still in demand and

Having been originally built as stables and coach house, The Stables were
subsequently used to house wounded soldiers during the First World War, indeed
