HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER? As a general rule, the closer you are to
the airport, the sooner you’ll be dropped
off or the later you’ll be picked up within
the route.
SO WILL I BE FIRST OR LAST? If you are pick-up point A, you’ll be
picked up first. If you’re pick-up point C,
you’ll be picked up last.
The opposite is true for trips from the
airport: C will be dropped off first and A
last.

WHY AM I ALWAYS LAST?
If you live in a more remote
area of town, it is very
likely that you will be
consistently picked up first
or dropped off last when
using us repeatedly.
Here, C is likely to be last drop-off on a regular basis
because of its remote location. The odds of routing with
passengers in the same vicinity are low.
COME PREPARED Our prices are lower because of the
longer wait and travel times.
We highly recommend you bring along
something to keep you busy during the
trek.
KNOW YOUR OPTIONS If the waiting drives you crazy, it might
be time to look into alternatives.
For example, we offer private sedan
service, which can get you to your
destination directly, without waiting for
others to be picked up and loaded or
unloaded from the van.
ASK YOUR DRIVER Because shared-ride routing is dependent
on changing factors, SuperShuttle cannot
guarantee in advance when you will be
picked up or dropped off.
Once you’re loaded into the van, you can ask your driver for
more details about the ride sequence.
