Corrie EggeAs a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Oklahoma since 1983 and Broker Associate since 1986, Corrie Egge has 33 years of real estate experience. Tulsa Business Journal presented Corrie with the “Women of Distinction” award in 2012. In 2011, she was named Greater

Tulsa Association of REALTORS® Sales Associate of the Year. She has served for several years on the Community Relations Committee, chaired the Membership Committee in 2016, served on the GTAR Board of Directors for the past two years, and has served as GTAR Treasurer in 2016. She is also a member of the Residential Sales Council, both National and Oklahoma Chapters, as well as Women’s Council of REALTORS®, both National and Oklahoma Chapters.

DeeDee has worked as a Broker Associate with McGraw, REALTORS® since 1995. She earned the GRI and CRS designations in 1998, and completed The Certified New Homes Sales Program in 1999. DeeDee served two years on GTAR’s Education Committee; she was a BETA tester for

technology at GTAR, as well as a BETA tester for a new software system at McGraw, REALTORS®. She has volunteered as a mentor for sales associates at McGraw, REALTORS® and chaired the Agent Connection Council at McGraw. Dee Dee was the co-founder of AHA (Agents Helping Agents) program at McGraw, and a co-trainer for continuing education classes at McGraw.

Kelly is a real estate agent and broker, currently beginning her fifth year as a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty. With almost 20 years of experience in the real estate world, she has a wide variety of real estate experience including real estate education, investing, general

production, and rental property management. Kelly is a member of Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council, the National Home Builders Association, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS®. She is a three-time graduate of Keller Williams BOLD program. With 11 years of classroom teaching experience, Kelly has a passion for music and education, volunteering at Tulsa and Union Public Schools. In her time off she enjoys spending time with her children, and outdoor activities.

Harriett DunhamHarriett is the Broker of Century 21, Neokla with offices in Pryor, Chouteau, and Locust Grove. She has been licensed in Oklahoma since 1976, and holds the GRI, CRS, and CRB designations. Harriett is currently a director on the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® (GTAR) board, and has served

as a director on the Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Services (NORES) board. She served as president of GTAR in 2009, and was named GTAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2014. Harriett has served on numerous GTAR committees; she is currently serving as a director for the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® (OAR) and is a member of the NE Board of REALTORS®.

In 1994, Stacey launched her career under the mentorship of Gordona Duca. After almost a decade of experience within Gordona Duca, Stacey joined McGraw, REALTORS®. When Robson Realty, Forest Ridge developers, offered Stacey their Sales Manager position, she knew there was an opportunity to enhance Forest Ridge within the Realtor community. Stacey rejoined McGraw, REALTORS® in 2007 as a Managing Broker, allowing her to focus on other areas of business growth, including the opening of a new concept location in South Tulsa. In 2011, Stacey stepped down as Managing Broker to refocus on her own sales career. Currently at ReMax Realty, Stacey has continued to showcase her passion, dedication and love of her profession. Throughout her two-decade career, Stacey has always

brought volunteering and real estate community involvement into everything she does. Stacey has served on GTAR’s Sales Associate and Education Committees; she spent nine years, one as chair, on GTAR’s Community Relations Committee working on Backpacks for Kids. Stacey has been a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) since 2005. She was the 2005 WCR REALTOR® of the Year, 2008 WCR President, and has been WCR’s Tulsa Chapter President since 2014; she has also served WCR as vice president of Membership and as Communications Director. Stacey served two years as a director on the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® (OAR) board. Stacey has been a Tulsa Home Builders Association Affiliate member since 2005; she served as an affiliate board member from 2009-2010. In 2010, Stacey was a Tulsa Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient and Oklahoma Magazine 40 Under 40 recipient.

Julie SmithJulie is General Manager/Broker of the Owasso and Claremore Keller Williams Realty market centers. She entered the real estate industry in 2000 in Temecula, California. She received her Real Estate license in Oklahoma in 2003 and Brokers License in 2005. Julie holds the

designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified New Home Specialist, is a member of Oklahoma Real Estate Educators Association (OREEA), and Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR). She currently serves on GTAR’s Rules & Regulations Committee, GTAR’s Standard Forms Committee, is Vice Chair of the OAR Associations Committee and OAR Professional Development Committee. Julie stays involved in service to her community including annual participation in Owasso, Collinsville, and Claremore Christmas parades, local Habitat for Humanity and the Strategic Planning Committee for the Owasso High School. Close to Julie’s heart is her service and coaching to the Dress for Success Tulsa, Professional Women’s Group (PWG) that gives disadvantaged women tools that help them transition into the work place. Julie has two amazing boys that attend Owasso High School.

J Carol is currently a manager with Coldwell Banker Select in their new Bixby office. She entered the real estate industry in 1979, and after many successful years she opened her own Century 21 office and served as vice president of C21 Broker’s Council of NE Oklahoma. She holds the

J Carol has also served on GTAR’s Grievance, Professional Standards, Building and Standard Forms Committees, as well as RPAC and GTAR’s Board of Directors. She is currently a standing member of the Bixby Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Board of Directors in the past. In her free time J Carol loves to garden, read, and spend time with her husband, three kids and five grandchildren.

Gary, Broker with RE/MAX of Muskogee, graduated from Northeastern University in Tahlequah with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration; he also holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. Gary worked with the Department of Human

Services for 14 years before a full time real estate career. He worked for the Urban Renewal Authority of Muskogee in the development and acquisition for the Arrowhead Mall project in Muskogee. Gary became a full-time REALTOR® in 1986 and opened his own real estate office in 1990; he joined the RE/MAX franchise in 1991. He was president of the Muskogee Association of REALTORS® in 1993, 2002, and president-elect in 2013 during the merger with GTAR. Gary has served on the GTAR Board of Directors and is now a member of the GTAR’s Education and Membership Committees. He completed appraisal courses from Tulsa Vo Tech in 2010 qualifying him to become an appraiser trainee; however he has continued in his real estate practice.

Royce is a lifelong Tulsa resident, and joined Patterson REALTORS® in 2004 as a sales associate earning the award of Top Producer of the Year five years in a row leading up to a merger with Keller Williams Realty Advantage in 2010. In 2006, Royce was awarded the Wayne Patterson

Exceptional Achievement Award with Patterson REALTORS®. He earned GTAR’s Presidents Award in 2010 and GTAR’s Sales Associate of the Year in 2014, as well as the Keller Williams Excel Award in 2012. Royce is active with GTAR, currently serving on the Community Relations, RPAC, and Sales Associate Network Committees; he previously served on the Education Committee. Royce enjoys serving buyers and sellers, and just recently expanded into teaching Pre-Licensing classes. In addition to his Real Estate involvement, Royce is in his 31st year as a High School Football and Basketball Referee for the OSSAA; he also coaches basketball and runs a middle school basketball league. Royce is very involved with his church as an Usher and 11th Grade Religious Education teacher. He’s been married for 38 years and has two daughters, a son-in-law, and a grandson.

Angela is the owner/broker of Angela Manning Properties, LLC. Her career in real estate began in 2003 at a local real estate company as the Director of First Impressions. Luckily, Angela has grown in experience and knowledge over the years having gathered pearls of wisdom from

working at several of the big real estate companies in the Tulsa area. Angela’s goal when she opened her own company was to treat her customers the way she would want to be treated and create lasting friendships. Angela’s hobbies are competitive racquetball, horseback riding, painting, singing, and riding her motorcycle; she also volunteers at her hometown church and enjoys spending quality time with her wonderful family. Angela is currently on the NORES Board of Directors.

Gordon has been a member of GTAR since 1965, and has been with McGraw, REALTORS® since 2010; he was with Prudential Detrick Realty from 1992-2010. Gordon is a past president of GTAR and NORES, and has been a chairperson and member of many GTAR committees.

Gordon has been REALTOR® of the Year, a Life Member with NAR, OAR, and GTAR, and has served as the Regional Vice President for OAR, in the past. Gordon served as division chair for Real Estate and Insurance with the Tulsa Area United Way; he has served as a board member of the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce, and was a past president and board member of Oil Capital Chamber of Commerce. He graduated from Tulsa Central High School and attended the University of Tulsa.

Carlos Garcia is the Broker/Owner of Lindsay & Associates Real Estate. With a 17-year career in real estate sales, leasing, and property management he has helped many buyers, sellers, renters, and investors. Born and raised in Venezuela, Carlos came to Oklahoma in 1992 for

higher education on a college scholarship and earned degrees in business administration and business management. He refers to himself as “Born in Venezuela but made in the U.S.A.” Carlos currently serves on the OAR Professional Standards Committee, and GTAR Standard Forms Committee, Residential Property Managers and Locators Committee, and NORES Board of Directors. He also served as Chairman of the GTAR Grievance Committee in 2011 and 2012, and as the NORES Treasurer in 2015. Carlos volunteers as a premarital finance counselor at a local church and enjoys boating with his family in his spare time.

Brad was born and raised in the Tulsa area, and has been in the real estate business for 14 years; all 14 years have been affiliated with Terry Gartside and Coldwell Banker Select. Brad has completed two leadership classes: City of Sand Springs in 2007 and OAR Leadership in 2008. He is

currently president of the Tulsa chapter of WCR, and has served on the WCR board for the last three years. Brad also served on the OAR Board of Directors in 2009 and 2010. He is married and has two daughters.

Mary Terry is the REALTOR® Owner Broker of Mary Terry & Associates from Ada, Oklahoma. A REALTOR® for 22 years, Mary received her broker’s license in 1998, and worked as managing broker from 1998 to 2000 for McFerran Realty Ada. She then opened her own office in 2001 to present. Mary has served the National Association of REALTORS® as 2016 Chair Broker Idea Exchange Council, 2013 Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee, 2012 State and Local Issues Committee. At the state level, Mary has served the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® as State President 2014, president-elect, secretary-treasurer and District V.P. She has served as chair for most of the associations committees. Mary is a proud graduate of LOAR (Leadership Oklahoma Association of

REALTORS®) in 2009. Locally, Mary is currently serving the Ada Board of REALTORS® as MLS Chair 2016; she was Local President 2003 and served as chair for most of the association’s committees. ABR named Mary associate of the year 1997 and REALTOR® of the year 2007; voted Ada’s Readers Choice Award seven years running. Mary and her husband are very proud parents of two daughters, two sons in-law, one son and daughter in-law, and seven grandchildren; a new addition is predicted to arrive September 29.

ARTICLE V – QUALIFICATION AND ELECTIONSection 4. Orientation Course.c. New Member Code of Ethics Orientation. Applicants for REALTOR® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® membership shall complete an orientation program on the Code of Ethics of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of instructional time. This requirement does not apply for REALTOR® or REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® members who have completed a comparable orientation in another association, provided that REALTOR® or REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® membership has been continuous, or that in any break in membership is for one year or less.

Failure to satisfy this requirement within one-hundred and eighty days (180) ninety days (90) will result in the automatic termination of membership.

Directors’ meetings shall be held no less than once every other month at such time six (6) times per year with a minimum of one (1) per quarter as the President shall designate at the GTAR offices; provided however the President at his/her discretion may cancel two meetings a year. The Board of Directors by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of a quorum may suspend or cancel a meeting any time that the GTAR Directors considers advisable and in the best interests of GTAR.

ARTICLE XIV – COMMITTEESSection 6. Standing Committees.n. Standard Forms Committee. The committee shall be composed of not less than fifteen (15) twelve (12) or more than twenty-one (21) eighteen (18) appointed REALTOR® Members who have been members of GTAR for at least five (5) years. GTAR Members of the OREC Forms Committee will be invited to serve as ex-officio non-voting members of the committee.

Duties: The committee shall be responsible for making changes to and developing forms as well as developing educational opportunities regarding the forms recommended by the committee.
