Consulted with project managers, implementation managers, vice presidents, and senior vice presidents to execute strategic regulatory initiatives on projects with moderate to high risk. Led scorecard redesign efforts in meetings, recommended metric changes, assisted with development of business requirements, and obtained approval from senior management for all scorecard changes. Hosted scorecard conference calls with both internal managers and managing partners of firms to remediate areas of opportunity with the firms, and also improve our own scorecard metrics. Answered all emails from attorneys regarding scorecards. Wrote the policies and procedures for WF scorecards and default referral increases or decreases. Reviewed WF’s HUD, FNMA, & FHLMC scorecards and identified opportunities to improve our bank’s efficiency and servicer ranking within our peer groups. Handled all exceptions impacting timeline management, including but not limited to: file transfers, FHA claims, chronologies, rescissions, title issues, VA reconveyances, legislative changes, document execution, collateral documents, assignments, aged inventory, all BKFS holds, FLAD, SOL, POC’s & affidavits. Participated in a statute of limitations project that addressed severely aged files in danger of causing significant financial loss. The project reduced timelines and eliminated millions of dollars in loss exposure. Initiated onboarding of firms, discussed potential capacity with firm partners, and submitted required forms to FNMA/FHLMC to obtain no objections from our investors. Completed termination process for exiting firms, including system of record and security information procedure checklists. Transferred thousands of files from attorney to attorney in numerous file transfers required by both investors and internal departments. Influenced strategy for loan pool selection during MSR/NPL service transfers to other servicers.
