• The first theatre was called the Theatre. • Built at Shoreditch London in 1576 and the owner

was James Burbage.• Part of the theatre was made out of Thach.• The theatre also had no Roth because they didn’t

have enough money.• They knocked down the globe theatre on 15th of April

1644 .• The Globe was built in a similar style to the

Coliseum but on a smaller scale.• There was space for 1,500 people.• The Globe theatre was not told to be made by the
