Slitting SolutionThis is a special die holder assembly which provides youwith the ideal slitting solution. The die inserts are fullysupported by the die base and are hard wearing andeconomical to replace.

Problem SolvingThe DuraDie assembly is also the perfect solution whenyou are punching complex two dimensional shapes andcluster patterns with small webs between holes. In factthe DuraDie system can help whenever die strength is anissue.

Shock ResistantThe aperture (which closely follows the profile in the dieinsert), is cut into the shock resistant die holder whichfully supports the special die blade and the speciallylocated shims.

DurableWith a die insert made using Ultima™, a specialpowdered tool steel, you will get more hits betweenregrinds and reduced downtime.
