Firstly, Find out which NE have the trouble. (the
main NE include MS,RRU,BBU,AGW,AAA)
Software fault: the wrong version, configuration data
error, etc.
Hardware fault : the broken board, etc.
Installation quality : FE cable, fiber, feeder cable, etc.
