VA AssistanceThegoaloftheVAAssistanceCommittteeistohavean active corps of Knights serving as volunteers ateveryVeteransAdministrationmedicalfacilityinthenation.WemeetonceaquarterandventuredowntotheMichaelE.DeBakeyVAMedicalCenter,Houston,TXtominglewiththeveteransandtakethemtomassiftheychoosetogo.

We had four of us today and we covered a lot of territory includ-ing taking down Fr. Innocence’s Christmas Tree in the chapel. Thanks to our new Brother Knight Tom Gruidl who recently joined our council and has traveled with us to the V.A. in Novem-ber and again today - thank you Tom.
