    In this era, energy crisis is the biggest problem every country in the world.

    It caused by the rate of industrial and population growth which tend to increaseevery year. It will continue to rise, based on the precentage of population growthrate in the world is around 1,2 percent every year. Because of the large number of

    population, resulting in an increase of energy crisis that has occured sinceindustrial revolution in 1750 until 1850. Because of energy crisis, there are somany solutiun to overcome the problem. The solutions that have ever done is

    building a power station. But, the power stations are less eficient when takingsource of energy and there are power station having bad effect to the environment.Wind Power is one of power station that enviromentally friendly andinexhaustible. Based on the potential of wind especially in train, there is an ideafor the power station that take adventage of wind in a train. The speed of train inIndonesia is around 60 until 100 kilometre per hour or around 16,67 until 27,7metre per second. The speed of wind is good solution to evercome energy crisis.The purpose of wind power in a Train is for providing energy supply to overcomethe energy crisis in the world. The plant uses two different types of turbines,which take advantage of high winds and low winds. This is because wind speedsfluctuate around the train. The turbine material is equipped by the CNT to bemore lightweight and sturdy. Wind power in train is the right answer to solve

    problem of energy crisis because of environmentally friendly and efficient.

    Introduction

    Energy is a resource used by humans to perform an activity with a purpose. The most important energy ,called primary energy, is energy that is still anatural resource and still original. Then humans are demanded to be able to

    process primary energy with existing technology so that the energy can be used.The center energy problem in the world currently is imbalance between

    demand and supply and also the access to energy resources. Various factors thatcreate the imbalance include rapid population growth and the high level ofindustrialization in the world. This increases the world's energy consumptiondramatically and resulted reserve energy run out, especially fossil energy. It isestimated that in 2030 the world energy consumption is still dependent on

    petroleum energy that is not renewable.

    Today, 1.3 billion people in the world do not have access to energy. Thisresulted in the suffering like poor health, social development and economicconditions are not good, while they are still busy for paying energy that isdangerous and cause pollution by their income.The minim of availability ofenergy that is efficient, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly in the worldcan lead to destruction. To solve all energy problems in the world should be arenewal through the energy management system.

    Energy management is the application of science in the field of energymanagement to improve the effectiveness of energy consumption by human andindustrial companies . The use which is effective and efficient, as a step forenergy conservation. We are also required to be able to understand how to use the

    energy to be as optimal as possible to achieve the common goal of greening in the

    world. In addition to the increased use of energy that can be renewed veryimportant to overcome the global crisis in the field of the power. The tendencyusing the kind of energy in the future will shift towards technology -based energythan resource-based energy ( fossil fuels ), it is perceived as a result of depletion

    of fossil energy reserves are exploited after so long . Even if fossil energyresources are still available , it would be required a high level of technology toobtain from nature .

    Wind power in a train uses 2 kind of turbines. One turbine is WePowerthat can use wind as power at low speed (around 4 metre per second) and oneturbine is multiblade turbine type that has function as turbine for wind withmedium speed until high speed. Both of turbines will alternate, according to thewind speed data from cup counter sensor (wind speed sensor). Wind direction isdesigned with containers which has conical streamlined form, so the container canmake the wind go to the wind turbine accurately.The purrpose of this inovation isthe wind power never stop, eventhough the speed of wind is fluktuatif (sometimeshigh speed and low speed).

    In small turbin, there is a system named fly wheel. In the system there are3 small turbin using low wind speeds and then connected by gear until becomeone system for driving a generator. The system has impact that the power is

    bigger than without the system, so the wind at low speeds can still be utilizedoptimally. The turbin using fiberglass for material, combined by Carbon NanoTube so so the turbine becomes lighter weight and very sturdy. When getting highwinds the turbine does not get physical trouble.

    For responding energy crisis, wind power in a train is good choice.Because of this power station has good eficiency energy and environmentallyfriendly, the power station is suitable for helping in supply energy. Wind power ina train can be placed under the train or beside the train. This is must be requiredcollaborate with electronic company in making the device and train company inusing the wind power. So, the wind power in a train can be a solution for energycrisis.
