“Share if You Care” Weekend Pick up your bags next weekend April 28-29

Return the filled bags May 5-6 The school year is almost over and families with tight budgets will strain to provide

children at home with daily meals. Your bag will have the list of needed items on it,

but if you want to shop early, here is the list:

5 pound bags of flour and sugar Canned or bottled fruit juice

Canned or powdered milk Cereal, Cooking oil

Muffin or cornbread mix Canned soup

Instant pudding and Jell-O Saltine crackers

Cake or brownie mixes Raisins/Craisins

Shampoo, conditioner and body wash Laundry detergent

This red steel cross used to be attached to the outside

north face of our old church/parish hall building. We

saved it, and now it is displayed in a position of honor

at the (north) end of the new classroom hallway.

Part–Time Director of Youth

Evangelization and Discipleship

to lead our Youth Program!

Averaging 20-25 hours per week, we are looking

for someone living a virtuous, joyful, and

dynamic Catholic life and:

Has experience and passion for leading and

inspiring Middle School and High School

students and their parents

Is able to plan and lead 2 youth group events

per week (on average)

Has excellent communication skills with teens,

parents, volunteers, and Parish Staff

Is responsible, reliable, and energetic

uniting in their support of the 2018 Archbishop’s Catholic Appeal. The proceeds from this annual Appeal finance– for an entire year–

nearly forty archdiocesan charitable, educational, and pastoral ministries. When determining your level of charity, recall the words of Saint Peter, “As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one

another”(1 Peter 4:10) Thank you for your donation.

OLV Healing Service

Thurs. April 26th 6:30-8:30pm Jesus is still healing people today-Expect miracles!

Led by Fr. Gregg, our Prayer Teams are ready to pray for

you. The night includes music, instruction, testimonies,

and individual prayer time. We have had many healings so

far, including: back, hip, knee and elbow pain, bone

spurs, limb mobility, emotional healing, migraines, and a

deeper sense of God’s presence and peace.
