301 Prosecco, Canti, Veneto DOC, Italy Located in the heart of the Prosecco DOC production area, this Prosecco is dry and delicate, with a creamy mousse and fresh pear flavours.

302 Sauvignon Blanc, Stoneburn, Marlborough, New Zealand Made by Jane Hunter OBE, this wine features intense gooseberry, lemon and ripe tropical fruit flavours, well balanced by the crisp acidity.

303 Pinot Grigio, Puiattino, Giovanni Puiatti, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy Giovanni Puiatti’s father Vittorio developed what is now Italy’s dominant white winemaking technique, frequently called the “Metodo Puiatti”. Fresh grassy notes and hints of green apples. The palate has a touch of honeyed richness but is fresh and crisp.

304 Riesling ‘H’, Prinz Von Hessen, Rheingau, Germany Prinz Von Hessen is a down to earth man considering he is 436th in line to the British throne. Every drop of his wine explodes with citrus and mineral verve.

305 Chardonnay, Heritage Reserve, DeLoach, California, USA Produced on a biodynamic and organic vineyard this wine has notes of orange blossom and creamy honeydew melon that match perfectly with tropical flavours of pineapple, papaya and mango.

306 Château Sainte Marie, Entre-Deux-Mers, France A blend of Sauvignon and Sémillon with a dash of Muscadelle, all from a selection of the estate’s best old vines. Beautiful aroma of passion fruit, grapefruit and a little oak.

307 Chardonnay Reserve, Tooma River, Warburn Estate, South Eastern Australia This wine is packed with grapefruit, lime and melon flavours, with a zesty, citrus acidity which cuts through to the finish.

316 Sauvignon Blanc, Marqués Riscal, Rueda, Spain Marqués de Riscal are pioneers of Sauvignon Blanc in Rueda. This wine is made using cool fermentation giving fresh, zesty flavours.

308 Melopée de Gavoty Rosé, Domaine Gavoty, Côtes de Provence, France Deceptively pale, the nose is full of crushed summer fruits, whilst the palate is a mouth watering blend of strawberries and redcurrants.

RED

309 Billi Billi Shiraz, Mount Langi Ghiran, Victoria, Australia The Billi Billi is named after a local Aborigine chieftain. This is a robust, well structured wine dripping with blueberry fruit.

310 Marqués de Burgos, Ribero del Duero, Spain Flavours of ripe wild berries as well as hints of flowers (violets). Notes of liquorice, coffee, vanilla and cocoa.

311 Malbec, Aruma, Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) and Nicholas Catena, Mendoza, Argentina A balance between Argentine and Bordeaux styles. This 100% Malbec wine has intense red summer fruits, ending with subtle vanilla and lovely dark chocolate notes.

312 Cabernet Sauvignon, The High Trellis d’Arenberg, McLaren Vale, Australia Made from grapes handpicked from high trellises in the McLaren Vale, this has ripe blackcurrant and mint aromas and flavours.

313 Fleurie, Mommessin, France The vineyards of Fleurie produce some of the finest Cru Beaujolais wines and this wine is chock full of ripe red fruits such as raspberries, strawberries and cherries.

314 Petit Pinotage, Ken Forrester, Stellenbosch Classic Pinotage aromas of spicy mulberries, plum pudding and cherries, refreshing with such gentle tannin that you can enjoy it chilled.

315 Chianti Riserva, Teuzzo Cecchi, Tuscany, Italy Through the many reinventions of Chianti, the Cecchi family has maintained a traditional approach focused on marrying longevity to drinkability. A round, well balanced wine with notes of black cherry, plum and kirsch.

205 Greco di Tufo DOCG, Antonio Caggiano, Campania, Italy Situated in South West Italy, Greco di Tufo is one of Italy’s premium white wines. An explosion of tropical fruit, with hints of white flowers and almonds.

206 Sauvignon Blanc, ‘Kaho Roa’, Hunter’s, Marlborough, New Zealand Made in a lightly oaked style to allow the ripe flavours of gooseberry, melon and passion fruit to remain at the forefront, this luxurious wine will make you look at New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc in a whole new light.

207 Chardonnay Bourgogne, Les Murelles, Domaine Roux, France Domaine Roux Père et Fils is a family-run business based in the hills of St-Aubin, at the southern end of the Cote d’Or.

The Tissier vineyards lie in the heart of Sancerre. Production is small, and the family aim to produce high quality Rosé from 100% Pinot Noir.

RED209 Château La Fleur des Graves Vayres,

Graves de Vayres, France An honest, attractively balanced claret from a relatively rare appellation, based in the Entre-deux-Mers, on the left bank of the Dordogne.

210 Crozes-Hermitage, Domaine Etienne Pochon, France With vineyards on the hills rather than down on the plain, yields are lower and the concentration in the wines far greater than in many Crozes-Hermitages.

212 Rioja Reserva, Cune, Spain In the north of Spain around 80 miles south of Bilbao, Rioja, Spain’s flagship wine region, is home to more than 600 wineries. A soft luxurious wine, mid garnet in colour with a lovely brambly nose and a hint of spice.

213 Merlot, Thelema, Stellenbosch, South Africa This Merlot is packed with juicy red and black berry fruits with subtle hints of spice and liquorice. The finish is long and smooth.

214 Puritan Shiraz (Organic), Battle of Bosworth, McLaren Vale, Australia From the highly regarded McLaren Vale vineyards which specialise in high quality Shiraz, this is a youthful style of Shiraz.

215 Malbec, Catena, Mendoza, Argentina This Malbec has dense black-fruit aromatics and a smooth, lengthy finish that has become the family’s trademark characteristic.
