Our pizza is made from selected flours imported from Mulino Mariani in Marche, adding only our own natural sourdough yeast, water, and sea salt. The dough leavens for 3 days, reaching the right fermentation that adds elasticity, great crispiness and high digestibility. This is a new adventure for us, where the pizza base is transformed into a plate, ready to feature the exciting ingredients and ideas from our chefs.

La nostra pizza nasce da una base di farine selezionate Marchigiane del Mulino Mariani, con aggiunta di lievito madre naturale, acqua e sale marino. La lievitazione é prolungata per 3 giorni per consentire una giusta fermentazione che conferisce una elasticità e croccantezza superiore ed alta digeribilità. Si apre per noi una nuova avventura, dove la base della pizza si trasforma in un piatto pronto da arricchire con importanti ingredienti ed idee dello chef.
