Resolved Issues in 15.5 MR4

In addition to the issues discovered by our Quality Assurance team, the following issues have beenresolved:

Due to the end of Microsoft's support for Windows XP and Vista, WinEst is nolonger supported in either of these operating systems.

Printing to tabbed text or to a csv file caused WinEst to crash. CN# 01465318

When converting an estimate created in metric to US Customary, the SubsProductivity values were not converted.

After multiple passes or re-running of an assembly, some of the assemblyitems had negative takeoff quantities.

If a Cost City Index is specified in EstInfo, opening an estimate caused WinEstto crash.
