We’ve refurbished part of the old school building and created an office and display area. As well being able to view the detailed village model, you can now get an idea of the quality of the St Luke’s Green apartments from the plans and images on display. New signage has been installed at the front of the school to let everyone know they’ve arrived at St Luke’s Green, and we‘ve freshened up the car park too, so now you can park close to the office. Importantly there is a “sneak peek” week from 21-26 July that all our clients are welcome to attend prior to the official launch. Following this, we have a number of community events planned – we will be visiting some of the local Catholic parishes, will have an information display at Centro Buranda from 28 July to 1 August. Please come and say hello! In August, we’ll be hosting a morning tea. Look out for an invitation in your letterbox during the last week of July. We’ve changed the location of this event to Easts Leagues Club in Coorparoo – parking is much easier and the club facilities are superb. Please feel free to invite friends and neighbours. St Brigid’ Green UpdateThe St Brigid’s Green Village is starting to feel like home for many of our residents. By the end of August we expect to have the majority of the 67 apartments occupied. A real buzz can be heard in the community areas, which I’m sure has been the setting for many a ‘moving-day war story’.

Despite winter having eventually arrived in Sydney, the sun is shining on the apartment balconies and into the Village Green – a great place to read the paper or have a cuppa with friends.

It has been an exciting ride for many of us – just this quarter we’ve had reason to visit the Village a number of times in preparation for completion and moving in.

We opened a new display apartment to showcase potential storage solutions utilising aff ordable IKEA furniture. This was an opportunity to view a one bedroom and study apartment overlooking the Village Green, where the grass was being laid as we looked down!

Our residents had the opportunity to visit their actual apartments for the fi rst time for their pre-settlement inspections. Finally, our Village team held two orientation sessions, with a focus on fi re safety and a tour of the community and public areas.

The Challenor aged care home is nearing completion and we’ve focused on getting a great team in place to provide superior care in a

boutique yet homely environment. We expect to start receiving our fi rst residents around August. We’ll be hosting a number of open days for potential residents and families over the next few months – contact us for more information.

St Patrick’ Green – Register your interestHave you noticed our billboards? St Patrick’s Green Kogarah is on its way!

St Patrick’s Green is an independent living retirement village and aged care home in the heart of the St George area. Located in Kogarah, the Village is centered around an inviting Village Green that will provide an oasis for our residents in the bustling town centre.

It’s ideally located close to transport with easy access to shopping, local cafes and nearby medical facilities. Family can visit, with plenty of visitor parking planned on site.

We have listened to feedback from the community – and importantly our seniors – to ensure we are building fantastic apartments that appeal to our potential residents. We have utilised the wonderful north aspect of the site to ensure the apartments are designed for maximum privacy, energy effi ciency and natural ventilation. The thoughtful interior design will make living independently much simpler and more enjoyable.

We believe that St Patrick’s Green will become the envy of the local area with warm, inviting community areas including an exclusive ‘sky lounge’ with extensive views that can be used by residents and their families and friends.

Not only is the location ideal, but many of the apartments will have spectacular views from Botany Bay to the southern beaches.

The Village’s modern aged care home will make it possible for you to continue to live independently with the peace of mind that care is available should you need it.
