WINTER 2016 Call or Click 3 Working Days Before You Dig! Excavator Ticket Management Excavator Ticket Management Process relocates, no responses, extended start time, and cancel tickets faster than ever! If you already process your tickets online, you can log onto [email protected] and open your Ticket List by clicking on the Excavator Ticket Management button located on the left side of the Isite main page. The Excavator Ticket Management (ETM) tool keeps track of all tickets you have processed. Tickets are kept in the database for five years. ETM can be used to view the current status for all utilities that were notified on each ticket. It also helps with reprocess items by showing you the available ticket actions for each ticket. When viewing a ticket, the ticket actions (Refresh, No Response, Extend, and Cancel) are shown at the top of the ticket. These actions will be red if they are unavailable for that ticket for any reason. A new feature available in ETM is the ability to batch reprocess tickets. Simply click in the box on the left side of the ticket to choose which tickets you would like to view and click the “process selected tickets” button located at the top of the Ticket List. You will then be shown the list of tickets you selected along with a green check mark under the available ticket actions for that ticket. Click the appropriate button at the bottom of the list to process the tickets. ETM can also be used to organize your projects. Do you take pictures of the excavation area after the lines have been located, but before you’ve started your job? If so, you can upload the pictures to your tickets, and we’ll keep them attached and on file for five years. Another useful feature is the ability to categorize your tickets. Categories available are: “cancelled,” “completed,” “future job,” “in progress,” “pending ticket check,” and “ready to be worked.” Using the category feature can help you through the entire process from beginning a project to completing the entire job. For help, or for a more detailed walk through of the ETM product, please contact Becky McClain, Web Products Coordinator, at [email protected] or 573-636-1566.

The primary contact for your company on our records will be notified with detailed instructions on how and where to go online to participate. In the late 1980’s, the MoPSC incorporated into the Pipeline Safety Regulations Department of Transportation §192.614 Damage Prevention Program requirements that allowed the gas and pipeline members of Missouri One Call System (MOCS) to participate in an excavator mailing program that is administered by MOCS.
