Daytime tours of The Breakers, The Elms, Marble House & Rosecliff are self-guided audio tours unless otherwise noted.

Houses & grounds close one hour after last tour admission.

Go Beneath The BreakersDescend the staircase from the caretaker’s cottage to the vast

underground boiler room. Walk through

the hidden underground tunnel and enter The Breakers basement.
