USA Fireworks USA Fireworks opened their first firework store in 1999 and is based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Currently, USA Fireworks is one of the largest retail distributor of fireworks in the United States. We are the exclusive Black Cat dealer in Indiana, and carry only the highest quality products available. This year USA Fireworks will operate over 100 retail locations throughout Indiana along with, 40 locations in Kentucky, and 30 locations in Michigan with annual sales approaching $10 million. Position Description: Store Operator: •Operators are held accountable for labor, sales, and overall store operations. •During this 3 week commitment, stores are typically open 12 hours/day other than July 3rd and 4th •Operators are required to man the tent 24 hours a day so we recommend teaming up with a buddy and running the tent together, since staying at the tent is required. (Overnight security is optional); •Operators are responsible for setting up, inventorying, and tearing down their store. •Training will be conducted in mid-June; •Locations open on or around June 16th and close by July 7th. •Compensation is 10% of store net sales to be dispersed at the end of the season. •Average retail sales are approximately $48, 000 per location.
