    Wireless Exhibit holds a free for all technical discussion group called RFGSM onYahoo groups. This group is for technical discussions helping engineers worldwidewho are working or involved in wireless cellular network design, optimization andmaintenance.

    The group currently has 2370 members and is growing very fast.

    We believe that the training business is the one which has to be dealt with a veryhigh quality check before and during the execution.

    Aneet kaur, our training coordinator works very closely with the client to make sureeverything is in order.

    Jasminder Sahni works very closely with the client and trainer for understanding ofthe course contents and training the trainer if needed through web help, media filesor one or one coaching for any concepts is desired.

    Also during the course of training, the trainer can contact the base office, for anyquestions or enquires or help files which can be transferred within seconds for

    support.Below is the process which is being followed for quality control.

    Training needs understood from the client

    Tentative training dates and location received from the client.

    Trainer identified and dates booked at least a month and a half in advance.

    Specific training requests showed to the trainer to customize the training

    Trainer pre requisite form mailed to the client after receiving from the trainerto be filled by the attendees. Please see the attached pre workshop survey.

    Forward the feedback of the pre requisite form to trainer after receiving fromthe clients.

    Customize training contents and verification with the client

    Reservations done for the flight, insurance and arrangement of visas. Enquirefrom the client if more documentation is required to get the visa for the

    trainer like an invitation letter.

    Trainer reminder mailed a day in advance to the trainer reminding about thecode of conduct, business ethics, decor and dress, venue, training timingswith breaks and point of contact.

    5. Value Added Services

    We specialize in the development of UDT (Ultimate Demonstration of Task) or calledJob Aid Video files, facilitating the rapid creation of multi-media help using screenrecording software and/or digital photography to capture desired tasks. This

    approach transforms general or theoretical information into specific, real-worldapplication of knowledge.

    6. Cancellation Policy

    Though we are very flexible with the dates and the trainer bookings and we try toaccommodate the changes by Clients to the maximum extent so that we can saveClients money and that will always remains the preference.

    The dates are pre booked for trainers for a month in advance. In this case thetrainers do not entertain any work during the dates reserved for Client.

    Following are the slabs for cancellation:

    1. If the cancellation is informed (via email or mail) a 30 days(including weekends or holidays) in advance to scheduled trainingdate No Charge

    2. If the cancellation is informed (via email or mail) 15 days (includingweekends or holidays) in advance to scheduled training date 25%of the PO/agreed amount will be charged

    3. If the cancellation is informed (via email or mail) 7 days (including

    weekends or holidays) in advance to scheduled training date 50%of the PO/agreed amount will be charged
