Always the recharging of mobile phone batterieshas always been a problem for us.
This problem will be solved after our
proposal!!!!!!!! We are going to add just a rectannae & a filter to
the ordinary mobiles during manufacturing time
Thus the more you talk, the more is your mobile

confused.its nothing butthe combination of rectifierand antenna..
Antenna is to receive themicrowave signal and it justfeed the signal to rectifier .
Rectifier is to convert the ACsignal to PULSATING DCsignal.

RECEIVER DESIGN
The basic addition to the mobile phone is going to be the rectenna.
A rectenna is a rectifying antenna, a special type of antenna that isused to directly convert microwave energy into DC electricity.
A simple rectenna can be constructed from a schottky diode placedbetween antenna dipoles.
The diode rectifies the current induced in the antenna by the
microwaves.
Rectenae are highly efficient at converting microwave energy toelectricity. In laboratory environments, efficiencies above 90% havebeen observed with regularity.

Why Schottky diodes????
Schottky diodes can achieve greater switching speedsthan p-n junction diodes, making them appropriateto rectify high frequency signals.
Schottky diodes are made of single type of dopingmaterial, hence based of the major carrierconduction mechanism enabling high frequencyswitching.(Microwaves are of High Frequency)
P=0.6*1=0.6W(Other) P=1.1*1=1.1W(Schottky)though it consumes more power than any other, itsuits our application and provide higherefficiency(double).

SENSOR CIRCUIT
In India the operating frequency of the mobile phoneoperators is generally 900MHz or 1800MHz forcommunication.
LM2907-a simple nF to V converter used as it operatesbetween this specified range , would serve our purpose.
F to V would act as switch to trigger the rectenna circuitto ON and the mobile phone begins to charge using themicrowave power automatically.
This is required, as the phone has to be charged as longas the user is talking.
