Base Station- Instead of using the nearby cell tower as a signal source, the wireless carriers may provide a base station on premise, which generates the RF signals. The base station is connected via High Speed lines back to the carriers MSO.

Long Term CommitmentThe building owner will be selling the airwaves in his building for an extended period of time, perhaps 10 years or more.

Single Carrier ControlWhatever carrier pays for this system is going to ensure that they have the power they need, even to the detriment of the other carriers.

Signal SourceThe Carrier may be willing to pay for the signal source or system entirely, which is something that the building owner will want to pursue.
