Testimonials
“The WISE program was a great experience for me! I took my first university class, extending my educational horizons even further. The course helped me to discover that Western truly was my first
choice for university, and what program I would want to do in post-secondary. I found campus resources to be extremely useful, I figured out my way around the university, and I feel
prepared for the complete experience next year!”
Brynn Alexander
“Having the opportunity to take a university credit while I was still in high school completely changed my outlook on my education. I learned more
effective researching skills, time management solutions, and overall gained a wealth of knowledge that I could apply almost anywhere. I took two half credits through WISE, and had the opportunity to experience class on both
Main Campus, and an affiliate college of Western, King's. I highly recommend this program to exemplary high school students looking to
broaden their perspective on their future, and get ahead in their education.”
Anastazia Csegeny
“I'm so glad I took WISE because it gave me an opportunity to understand and meet the expectations at
the university level before my own post-secondary experience.”
Noor AQayem
“The WISE program was a one of a kind opportunity for me that I was able to complete through distance education. I feel more
prepared for university next year now that I have taken two exams more than most other people entering university. Other than that, Psychology was a really interesting course that I probably would never have looked into if it wasn’t for WISE since I am going into
Engineering.”
