With the new changes to OSOS you may need to complete the following steps:

1. Open IExplorer / Tools / Internet Options / Delete Browsing to clear all of the cookies from verion 6.3.xx

2. Select Tools / Compatibility View and re-add ny.gov to Compatibility View

3. Close all IExplorer windows that are open4. Re-start the login process for NYESS and all now

should work correctly
