SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICALDue to the h igh musical standards & h igh audience expectations with the Artist ’s concert, strict attention must be paid to theW fol lowing techn ical requi rements. Compl iance is essentia l to the performance! ! ! !

CONSTRUCTION APPLICABLE BY LAW A. If the contract is returned with the general rider or techn ical rider unattached, unsigned or altered in any way, then at the Producer/Artist ’s d iscretion th is contract may be cancel led. The agreement wi l l not become bind ing upon Purchaser unti l executed by an authorized agent or Producer/Artist.

PERMITS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATESPurchaser, at h is sole cost, shal l obtain al l l icenses, permits, certif icates, authorizations or other approval requi red to be obtained from any un ion , gu i ld , publ ic authority, performing rights society or other entity properly having jurisd iction over or with respect to the engagement and shal l comply with and fu lf i l l a l l terms, condit ions and covenants set forth therein . Please note that al l songs performed, by the artist, are in a catalog of al l major performing rights societies.

TRAVELIf Purchaser is to book travel in accordance to the contract, it is imperative the Purchaser begins to coord inate travel accommodations d i rectly with the artists’ Tour / Production Manager upon acceptance of the offer. Note: AN ARTIST REPRESENTATIVE MUST APPROVE ALL TRAVEL ITINEARIES BEFORE TRAVEL IS BOOKED. Artist wi l l not perform if deposit and travel expenses have not been received in advance. In the event traff ic and normal access routes to the venue become impassable, it is Promoter’s responsibi l i ty to transport necessary personnel to and from the show as requi red by Artist. During any inclement weather, it is essentia l for snow removal equipment and sand or salt to be avai lable in order for Promoter’s representative to clear the loading area.

ACCOMMODATIONSIf the Purchaser is to provide hotel rooms in accordance to the written contract, the Purchaser is to reserve and pay for as many double rooms non-smoking 4 or 5-STAR hotel as needed to accommodate al l the band members and crew. Females in the band wi l l be accommodated in sing le

rooms or in double rooms shared with another female of the band, but wi l l never share a room with a male. Note: Communication with an Artist representative MUST be in it iated before any hotel reservations are made.

WORK VISASThe purchaser wi l l make the arrangements and pay the costs of work permits artist, musicians and techn icians necessary for hold ing the object of th is contract.

INSURANCEProducer/Artist carries h is own l iabi l i ty insurance. Purchaser agrees to also maintain publ ic l iabi l i ty insurance coverage to protect against in juries to person or property. In addit ion , it is agreed that Purchaser shal l have PATAX named as addit ional ly insured on insurance pol icy in an amount requi red by bu i ld ing contract but in no event to be less than $1 ,000,000 local currency. Purchaser shal l supply Producer/Artist ’s Representative with a Certif icate of Insurance showing coverage of the above at least two weeks prior to show date. Th is should not cost an addit ional amount and is non-negotiable. I f th is certif icate is not received prior to the show, Purchaser is st i l l solely responsible for complete coverage. Purchaser shal l further indemnify and hold Artist/Producer’s Representative, from and against any loss, damage or expense in connection with or as a resu lt of any cla im for personal in jury or property damage as a resu lt of in connection with the employees, contractors or agents.

PER DIEM The purchaser wi l l be responsible for assuming the cost of per d iem for the artist and h is team during thei r stay in the city or country. The purchaser del iver to the producer the amount of US $ 40.00 per person per day for lunch and d inner, if the hotel has the breakfast free. Otherwise it wi l l del iver US $ 50.00 per person per day for expenses - breakfast, lunch and d inner.

LOCAL CREW/STAGEHANDS & PARKING:TBA (to be announced)Staging: A stage no less than (6m x 9m) with no obstructions is requi red. The stage shal l be complete and ready for load-in at least two (2) hours prior to sound check. Artist representative shal l have sole control over staging and production of the show includ ing , but not l im ited to, the placement of

al l equ ipment on stage. 2 people should be suppl ied to help the band during load-in and load-out. A Stage manager should be present during load-in , show and load-out.

PARKINGPromoter wi l l provide suff ic ient parking passes, if appl icable, suff ic ient parking , and clear access as close as possible to the stage door for: HOW MANY VEH ICLE´S ARE NEEDED TO TRANSPORT THE BAND AND CREW.

The parking area must have d i rect access to stage loading and backstage doors, be cleared of al l other veh icles and equipment, and remain clear and avai lable from load-in unti l load-out.

SOUNDSpeakers and ampl if ication are to meet sound coverage requi rements of the venue. Constant 98DBA capabi l ity throughout the audience area for qual ity coverage.

Su itable system/brand examples: Cla i r bros, d&b, Lacoustic , Meyer.

System should include al l snakes, stage boxes.

Please refer to the input l ist (WE WILL BRING SOME OF THE MICROPHONES) The sound equipment must meet with the approval of PATAX management.

HOUSE CONSOLE- 48x8x2 out with four (4) effect sends & a min imum of 6 VCA’s.

- Midas or Yamaha consoles are preferred. Analogue consoles are preferred in general because of the l im ited time avai lable for set up & sound check.

- However, we are happy to use d ig ita l consoles. Preferred d ig ita l consoles are Avid show profi le or Yamaha PM5D- RH .

- The processing insert rack should consist of:

(10) Compressors, i .e. : BBS, DBX, Drawmer, Urei .

(1) CD Player/Recorder.

(1) CD player for playback

(1) Talk to stage with switchable microphone

MONITOR SOUND- X is the number of musicians in the band. It wi l l spend on the band format of each event. Make sure you know the band format when reading th is rider.

Artist ’s engineer wi l l determine location of house console.

Purchaser agrees to supply Artist with the name and phone numbers of sound company and/or principal techn ician at least 10 days prior to engagement. It is further agreed that Artist staff has sole and absolute authority over sound mixing and l ight cueing during performance.

Also, contact and phone number of other act must be furn ished.

It is specif ical ly understood and agreed that a representative of Artist shal l have the sole and absolute authority in mixing and control l ing al l sound equipment whi le Artist is performing (where strict requi rements make th is impossible, h igh ly competent un ion people are to be suppl ied - competence to be determined by Artist or representative and must take d i rection from Artist ’s representative) .

In a theater and concert hal l s ituation , sound and l ight consoles are to be placed in the house approximately 60’ from the stage and 6’ to the left or right of the house centerl ine.

The f inal decis ion as to these consoles location wi l l be up to PATAX´s Tour Manager/FOH engineer travel ing with Artist.

ELECTRICAL POWER- For sound: Adequate electrical suppl ies as requi red by the venue sound system or specif ied by the local sound suppl ier. - For l ights: Adequate electrical suppl ies as requi red by the venue l ighting system or specif ied by the local l ighting suppl ier. - Stage Power: Two (2) ci rcu its of 10Amp 220V 60Hz independent of l ighting power for European backl ine. Please supply outlets for these 220V suppl ies on European standard Schuko outlets - Two (2) ci rcu its of 10Amp 120V 50Hz independent of l ighting power for SP backl ine arriving from the US.

LIGHTINGPurchaser agrees to provide, at h is sole expense, a professional qual ity l ighting system. The l ight equipment must meet with the approval of PATAX management. Please NOTE: PATAX is NOT touring with a l ighting operator. Please provide one competent & experienced l ighting operator.A knowledgeable LIGHTING TECHNICIAN is requi red for load-in , focus and runn ing l ights during the show. It is imperative that the Purchaser provide suff ic ient l ighting to cover the enti re stage with ample washes and colors.Al l l ighting power must be on a separate ci rcu it from any audio gear. Lighting is to not change once a show look has been set during sound check.

MERCHANDISEPurchaser agrees that Artist ’s Merchandise designee shal l have the sole and exclusive right to sel l a l l merchandise items at or around the Venue prior to, during , and fol lowing the Performance.

Purchaser wi l l need to provide 1 responsible adult to help set up, sel l , and d isassemble the merchandise area. Al l sel lers should be prepared to sel l merchandise for one hour before the concert, during intermissions, and for one hour after the concert.

Autograph sign ing (t ime and place) is total ly at the d iscretion of Artist. Artist wi l l often sign autographs in venue or lobby after performance.

CANCELLATION Artist/Producer may terminate th is Agreement:

- Upon the death of Artist or member of Artist ’s immediate fami ly ;

- If Artist/Producer determines performance is impossible or impractical due to occurrence of a “Force Majeure Event ’ to include, but not l im ited to accident, f i re, lockout, stri ke, labor d ispute, act of terrorism, fa i lure of techn ical faci l i t ies, fuel ration ing , dangerous weather condit ions, or national or local state of emergency.

In the event of a cancelation of the concert with in the previous 3 months to the concert date, the Purchaser wi l l pay a cancel lation fee of 50% of the agreed artist fee.

MARKETING AND PUBLICITYAl l interview, photo, video, rad io and in-store requests should be d i rected to PATAX. Upon confi rmation of the show please send a detai led marketing plan to management and coord inate al l show announcements and ticket-on-sale dates with PATAX directly.

The name, photograph or l i keness of PATAX or any of the band members shal l not be used or be associated with any product, company or organization other than the purchasers, without prior written approval by PATAX.

Purchaser agrees they wi l l not commit PATAX or any of the band members to any personal appearances, meeting , interviews, or any other type of promotional appearances before, on, or after the date of engagement without prior written approval or Artists’ Management.

TICKETING / COMPSAl l t ickets shal l be printed by a bonded ticket agency: i .e. Ticket Master, Ticket Fly, etc. and a ticket manifest wi l l be g iven to the artist ’s personnel upon request at any point on the day of the show, includ ing settlement.

Purchaser must provide Artist ten (10) compl imentary t ickets. I f Producer anticipates that any portion of these tickets wi l l be unused, the tickets may be placed on sale the day of the performance with the Producer’s permission . Purchaser agrees to d istribute no compl imentary t ickets for th is performance, for promotional use or otherwise, without the written consent of PATAX.

CANCELLATION Purchaser shal l not sel l , hold or d istribute any tickets through a secondary t icketing service without the written permission of the Management. Artist TOUR MANAGER shal l have f inal approval of any “backstage” l ist. ONLY ARTIST’S BACKSTAGE PASSES AND MUTUALLY AGREED UPON PASSES WILL BE RECOGNIZED.

DEPOSIT & SETTLEMENT50% deposit should be sent to PATAX with in 15 days after confi rmation of booking. The balance, for settlement, should be made in the form of money order, cash iers check or certif ied company check made out PATAX. The artist may also request to have a portion of the balance paid in cash .

Please have the balance of payment avai lable for col lection at the end of the evening. I f the contract includes an artist fee based on a spl it or gross/net percentage of door receipts, we need to have access to ticket sales and box off ice (includ ing receipts) . A written accounting must be g iven and al l expenses can only be verif ied with a receipt.

PERFORMANCE / REPRODUCTION OF SHOW I n accordance with Federal Copyright Law, the concert may not be taped, f i lmed, broadcast or otherwise reproduced without prior written permission of PATAX.

BACKLINE REQUIREMENTSPATAX WILL BE NOT TRAVELING WITH THEIR OWN BACKLINE UNLESS SPECIFI ED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: (Check the attached stage riders and Channel List)

GENERAL SECURITYPurchaser shal l guarantee proper security at al l t imes to insure the safety of the artists, band, crew, support personnel , instruments, equ ipment, sound and l ight equipment and consoles and personal property before, during , and after the concert(s) .

Any loss to artist due to negl igence on Purchaser’s behalf shal l be compensated by Purchaser. The termination of the show does not ind icate the release of the security personnel . Dressing room and backstage area wi l l need to be secured at least 90 minutes after show ends.

DRESSING ROOMSThree (03) ROOMS shal l be al located for the Artist and its crew near the stage prevai l ing weather and a normal comfort factor shal l contain chai rs.

As many Bath towels as musicians in the band (X), fu l l length mirror, a clothes rack and coat hangers. And shal l be with in easy access to clean lavatories which are suppl ied with soap and toi let t issue.

These lavatories shal l be closed to the general publ ic . Dressing rooms must have doors with locks. Key to room must be g iven to Artist ’s Tour manager upon arrival at hal l . Purchaser agrees, in the event that locked dressing rooms with a key are not avai lable, that Purchaser wi l l post security outside Artist ’s dressing rooms from the beginn ing of the load-in through and unti l the completion of the load-out.

No persons other than the above-mentioned (or with consent of one of the above-mentioned) shal l be admitted to the dressing room.

The artists Tour manager shal l have the authority to authorize admittance/ rejection of any person (press or otherwise) on stage before, during or after the performance.

CATERING REQUIREMENTS Purchaser shal l pay for and supply at h is sole cost and expense a Catering the day of each performance for the Artists and the crew. (OR 25 EUROS PER PERSON FOR A BUY OUT)

NOTE: No unhealthy food wi l l be acceptable. Al l food should be served in band and crew food rooms, and at al l t imes away from publ ic areas.

In any case, the room should be wel l l i t, with tables and chai rs, and should be kept at a pleasant temperature. Th is room wi l l have at least one (1) large trash can and wi l l be kept clean at al l t imes.

MEALSMeals are to be prepared for X people. (X = number of musicians + crew).

We are a very health minded bunch and appreciate whole, hearty meals.

We encourage each catering company to prepare the menu that is considered thei r specia lty or, is possible, pick a d ish that is popular to that area.

Please have food for at least two veggies.

Soup and salad options are also appreciated.

Al l necessary condiments, plateware and cutlery are expected with each meal . Paper products are OK but actual plates, g lasses and si lverware are appreciated for d inner.

Please advance al l menus with TOUR MANAGER via emai l two weeks prior to show.

The fol lowing is a l ist of beverages expected at each meal: Bottled Water, Selection of teas, Soft drinks, Wine. Al l drinks should be iced down or refrigerated.
