Learning ObjectivesLearning Objectives The participant will be able to identify three proven

techniques for enhancing their value. The participant will be able to identify at least two

specific strategies to assist Human Resource Personnel, Senior Organizational Management and Union Leadership as to competency of Recreation Therapy Practitioners.

The participant will be able to identify the key components of Job Evaluation.

The participant will be able to identify the key concepts to what best practice is.
