S T O P1. STOP eating low fat (skinny milk etc), high carbohydrate, high sugar, processed refined foods. 2. STOP eating fruits. The fructose in fruits turns into toxic oils inside our body, causing inflammation and stickiness in our tissue. (read: diabetes, cancer, ADHD, asthma, eczema etc). EARLY

MORNING

BREAKFAST Purple House breakfast smoothie

(recipe and link below)

If you choose a different breakfast, make sure you have at least 1 tablespoon of

healthy fats! As well as the following:

Boron - 3 mg

Iodine - 10 drops on skin or in water

Magnesium Complete - 1 to 2 tablets

Beetflow - 1 capsule

Enzyme mix - 1 capsule

Activator - 1 tablet or Mighty Mins - 1 per child (if you don’t have the Purple House

Breakfast Smoothie)

Skip morning tea - if you feel hungry at morning tea, increase your fats at breakfast

time. Have a LARGE glass of water with a big pinch of Himalayan salt

2 glasses of filtered water.

1 tsp of Diatomaceous Earth (mixed in water).(away from food)

LUNCH 2 glasses of water at least 10 minutes before you eat.

Meal examples: Tin of sardines, a cup of bone broth, eggs and bacon, PH smoothie,

steamed organic veggies drizzled with organic olive oil or coconut oil.

1 tablespoon of healthy fats.

1 spoon of Love Your Guts kimchi / sauerkraut or

Probiotics for life/Immunosynbiotic.

Beetflow - 1 capsule

Enzyme mix - 1 capsule

Skip afternoon tea. Have a LARGE glass of water with a big pinch of Himalayan salt

DINNER 2 glasses of water at least 10 minutes before you eat

1 serving of meat, including meat fats.

1 tablespoon of healthy fats.

2 tablespoons of organic , cold pressed flax seed oil (only ever

buy this oil from a cold dark place like a fridge and keep

refrigerated)

6 tablespoons of organic plain full fat yoghurt or kefir

2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil

2 tablespoons of Chia seeds

2 scoops of Bioraculous

2 sachets of Percy ’s Powders

1 teaspoon of Relief Powder or Turmerix

10 drops of Iodine

A knife tip of boron

I often add a sprinkle of food grade Diatomaceous Earth

You may need to add some water to create a consistency that

suits your taste buds . You can add some cinnamon or vanilla to

make the taste more interesting , or some culinary essential oils .

Magnesium powder and Himalayan salt can also be easily added

to the smoothie , as an alternative way to take them . Mix in a

food processor and eat slowly .

Do not be tempted to turn this into a fruit smoothie . Too much

fructose is transformed into harmful oils inside your cells , which

may cause pain and inflammation .

WATER

MEALS Have 2-3 meals per day and avoid snacking. Each meal needs to have a good

portion of protein and healthy fats. If you are still hungry between meals then you

probably haven’t had enough fats and proteins in the previous meal. See the auto-

immune paleo food list (also known as Banting) for ideas of what else to include in

your meals.

1 litre of water per 30kg of body weight. Keep water intake away from meals.

Stop drinking 10 to 15 minutes prior to meals and then start again one and a half

hours after meals.

PROTEINS

Eat a minimum of 3 tablespoons of healthy oil and fats per day, more is better.

Good fats are unrefined coconut oil, organic butter, good quality animal fats,

macadamia oil, sesame and avocado oil, olive oil. Flax seed oil only as per the

Johanna Budwig recipe (as in the basis for the Purple House smoothie:

Healthy proteins include organic eggs, meat, hemp seeds, chia seeds, activated

nuts, Bioraculous.

Proteins from either meat, fish, dairy or eggs are needed each meal for adequate

amino acids. An amount the size of the palm of one hand is the amount you need.

FERMENTED

FOODS

Add a portion of fermented food to your meal at least once per day. Fermented

vegetables, also called sauerkraut or kimchi are the best source of prebiotics and

probiotics and are essential in maintaining healthy gut flora.

If you don’t fancy fermented vegetables every day, take a good probiotic because

80% of our immune system is comprised of our beneficial bacteria. Our gut is our

second brain. It is what keeps us well.

HIMALAYAN

SALT

Have ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan salt per litre of water and add liberally to your

DIATOMACEOUS

EARTH 1 teaspoon in water or smoothie per day for the first month.

Continue to have D. Earth once or twice per week. A very simple and natural approach

to gut health as many gut issues can be traced back to an unclean and inefficient

digestive tract. Diatomaceous Earth helps to clean out the accumulated build-up of

waste, toxins, metals and mucous in the digestive tract. It’s also anti-bacterial, anti-

viral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic. You will notice that you’ll have better digestion,

waste removal and increased nutrient absorption.  Like your teeth, plaque and waste

continually build up within your digestive tract so it’s beneficial to ‘sweep away’ these

impurities on a daily basis and keep your colon toned, clean and efficient.

BORON 3 mg per day in water or smoothie. Boron is an important trace mineral for health

maintenance and freedom from disease, that has largely been ignored. This is

unfortunate as it is extremely important and as a health supplement can have

profoundly beneficial effects.

Pain and disease don't appear overnight. They are years in the making. For instance, prostate or breast

cancer may start in our thirties but often doesn't manifest as a full blown health challenge till we are in our

fifties. Fortunately, the reverse process happens much faster, because it is much more normal for our bodies to be healthy than to be sick. Whether you have back pain, or cancer, it is best to commit to regular weekly

treatments for the first month, and work out a monthly plan after that. Most of our clients experience

excellent results very quickly and they do well by returning once a month as an investment to themselves

and their loved ones. The truth is: Nobody cares about your body/health as much as you do, so don't wait for

somebody else to make good decisions for you. 

Or even worse, don't wait for life (accidents, illness and heartbreak) to stop you in you tracks. Regular time

out to get in touch with your inner most self and to give your nervous system a chance to experience deep
