LIST OF RA VI NOMINATED AND SELECTED EXPERTS

The membership of the standing committees, study groups, and expert teams is not yet finalized, but as it stands, the Regional Association VI is well represented. Twenty-eight out of fifty Member States of RA VI, as well as ECMWF, EUMETSAT, and EUMETNET, have nominated experts to serve at the global level; Six out of ten standing committees and three out of seven study groups are chaired and vice-chaired by experts of Region VI. New appointments can be found below.

Note on establishment of the Commission working structure: After INFCOM-1 Part I, which adopted the Commission working structure, including Standing Committee and Study Group Terms of Reference and their leadership per Resolution 1(INFCOM-1) and Resolution 2 (INFCOM-1), the President of the Commission, in consultation with the Management Group decided on the composition of the Standing Committees and the Study Groups as provided in the list below. Membership from the list below is regarded as provisional, pending notification of Permanent Representatives and Heads of Partner Organization to be made in due course.
