N.B. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The registration secretary will confirm places (via email) on receipt of completed entry form and full payment of entry fee. No refunds of the entry fee will be made for withdrawal of any team(s), once a place has been confirmed. Or if for any reason the tournament is unable to go ahead, for example bad weather, although every effort will be made play the tournament in any such case. Full Tournament information packs will be emailed out to all entrants around the end of May 2018.We are proud to say that our tournament fills very quickly each year, so to ensure you have a space for this year’s tournament, we strongly advise to submit your entry forms as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as last year the vast majority of age groups were filled by the end of March.
