EN We had the Giro d’Italia and the Tour of the Alps climbing up the Passo delle Erbe. Probably the most beautiful pass of the Dolomites. And we will have approached the pass via the valley of Funes, an authentic village which kept its historic beauty intact. A steep ascent to the start of the timed stretch will make us tired but the timed stretch will be home turf for many speeders because its an easy up and down. The sight at the top is breathtaking and care is needed going downhill to Luson and finally Bolzano.

DE Der Giro d’Italia, die Tour of the Alps und mehrere andere Radevents erklimmen jedes Jahr das Würzjoch. In meinen Augen der vielleicht schönste Pass der Dolomiten. Wir werden uns über Villnöß dem Gipfel nähern, ganz bestimmt das authentischste Dorf in ganz Südtirol. Die zeitgestoppte Etappe, nach einem schwierigen Aufstieg von Villnöss, gibt allen Fahrern die Möglichkeit das Gesamtklassement zu durchwirbeln nachdem es ein Auf und Ab ist und keine Schwierigkeiten aufweist. Die Schönheit des Passes ist umwerfend. Steil und eng geht es nach Lüsen und dann nach Bozen.

IT Come Il Giro d’Italia e il Tour delle Alpi saliamo il Passo delle Erbe. Probabilmente il passo più bello delle Dolomiti. Ci approssimeremo al passo passando per la Val di Funes, un borgo autentico che ha mantenuto intatta la sua bellez-za storica. Una ripida salita all’inizio del tratto cronometrato ci farà stancare ma per molti ciclisti percorrere il tratto cronometrato sarà come essere a casa, un facile sali-scendi.La vista in cima è mozzafiato e occorre fare attenzione alla discesa per Luson, infine arriveremo a Bolzano.
