for the faculty of St. Joseph‟s College
for women (A).
Yoga not only feels great, its great for
our health. The physical benefits are
well known the mental benefits too.
It encourages weight loss and improves
the body‟s sensitivity to insulator. The
relaxation exercise in yoga regulates
blood to all parts of our body.
