Woodpeckers® T-SquaresDrawing straight, accurate lines can be challenging when rely-ing on a tape measure and a scrap-wood straight edge. Now there’s a better way, the new Woodpeckers T-Square.

Whether working off a factory edge or not, the WoodpeckersT-Square will help you draw straighter, more accurate lines in less time than you might be used to. Each WoodpeckersT-Square consists of a precisely machined, laser engraved, alu-minum blade perfectly fi tted to a solid, billet handle with support steps to prevent tipping.

Both critical parts are fastened together with screws offset to create tension between the blade and handle for mechanical soundness.

The blade itself has precisely spaced 1mm holes machined every 1⁄16". These holes fi t both standard and mechanical pencils. Blade edges are formed at a 30º bevel and engraved with precise inch scale markings graduated to 1⁄32". The beveled design reduces parallax and increases measuring and marking accuracy.

Three sizes are available 12", 24" and 32". The 12” size is ideal for work with solid lumber and furniture parts. The 24" and 32" are intended for cabinetry and sheet goods.

One of the unique features of Woodpeckers Precision Wood-working Square is its construction. Both the blade and base are machined from a single plate of aircraft grade aluminum. This design results in a far higher degree of square then what's pos-sible with the a two piece design.

Both handles are attached with stainless steel pins which brings the overall width of the base to ¾". With that much mass at the bottom, the square easily sits solid which allows for a hands-free check of cabinet parts.

Handling is further improved with a fi nger slot machined in the ¼" thick, 12" blade.

All the aluminum parts are anodized for surface durability. Scales are engraved on each side in 1⁄16 graduations.

Each triangle is machined from ¼" thick solid aircraft grade alu-minum plate, buffed to a satin fi nish, anodized for durability and laser engraved with inch scales along the right angle legs and a center scale along the long leg. (1⁄16" scale graduations).
