Increased productivity- Processing time reduced through simultaneous and combined motion of mold opening/closing & charging.
- Processing time reduced through the increase of screw rotation number by high powered Servo motor.
- Enabled the tandem mold and stack mold molding.
Energy saving and reduction in noise level - The charging process consuming more than 50% of total energy adopted the Servo motor to save energy (more than 30%) and to reduce the noises.
