• Preguntale al verbo ¿Quién?; ¿quién corre? ¿quién gana? ¿quién cocina?

¿Quién?
• El sujeto acompaña al verbo y en inglés, siempre, siempre siempre hay que escribirlo en la frase. Nunca va a haber una frase sin sujeto.
• El sujeto suele ir al principio de la frase si es enunciativa, ´pero se mueve cuando es pregunta
• All the students with their families and friends worked very hard for the festival.
• The group of people outside the school building waited patiently for three hours
El sujeto
• The boy ___ 2 palabras
• The tall boy_____3 palabras
• The tall blond boy ______ 4 palabras
• The tall blond boy near the wall___7 palabras
Cuando tenemos nombre boy y adjetivo tall el adjetivo va delante del nombre, siempre.
El Verbo
• Pregunta a la frase ¿qué hace?• ¿corre? ¿canta? ¿dibuja? ¿cocina?

El Verbo
• El verbo nos indica, cuándo sucedió , sucede o sucedera o sucedería algo. Y también acompaña al sujeto para decirnos quién
• Suele ir después del sujeto en las frases sencillas
• Cuando utilizamos alguna de estas palabras: always, often, usually, seldom, rarely, never, el orden cambia y es así:– Sujeto + tiempo + verbo
“He usually plays the violin at home”
• Pero si el verbo es el verbo ser “be”, entonces el orden es así:– Sujeto + verbo + tiempo
“He is always hungry after class”
