CLIENT

Task

The Multichoice AMVCAs is regarded as Africa’s Oscars which is

hosted annually. These are characterized by yearly themes which

everything about the show reflects across. Each edition always calls

for a better outing than the previous.

Results

Apart from designing of the 4-5 events over 4 months each edition is

typically made up of, other deliverables were events execution in

form of vendor supervision and management, venue sourcing and

booking, production design and talent management and guest

management.

Successfully ran the events (nominee announcement, nominee

brunch, nominee cocktail, awards) of the 2015 edition with

accolades from the client and attendees. The bar was further raised

in the design of the 2016 edition which was also successfully

executed as planned.

CLIENT

Task

The Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship programme maiden

edition in 2015 needed to host it’s 1000 finalist from across Africa in

a one week boot camp as the final stage of the programme with

interactive sessions, lectures and group activities.

Results

One of the major challenges was where to host 1000 people for one

week with all the various activities they had to engage in. Other

deliverables were logistics and airport transfer, accommodation

management, accreditation, camp design and execution, security

etc.

The booth camp was a success as it was hosted on the grounds of

the Covenant University, Ota which her look was totally transformed

to suit the various needs of the program. All participants were

impressed by the organization and the client’s brand was well

showcased.

CLIENT

Task

Oracle Nigeria in 2015 acquired their new office building and

wanted to host a launch event befitting for the brand that would

cater to it’s various business partners, global directors and

government dignitaries.

Deliverables

Results

Expected deliverables amongst overall planning and execution was

design collaterals for invitations and venue branding, RSVP

management, guests management and security.

A three part event was designed to host 1. the staff, 2. the business

partners and government dignitaries and 3. the Oracle global execs

and partners. Brand collaterals that was consistent with the event

theme were created also and the event was an overall success.

CLIENT

Task

Martell wanted to reaffirm it’s brand proposition through an

experiential activation. We were to attract drinks connoisseur of the

premium cognac brand, generate data and gain brand visibility. .

Results

Expected deliverables amongst overall planning and execution was

the design and fabrication of a fully immersive experiential

installation which was different from the norm, an engaging script

was written to attract and retain the attention of shoppers to visit

the installation.

The activation was across 3 major malls between Lagos and Port

Harcourt and it attracted a footfall which surpassed the target,

generated sales, created impressions on social media and gained

overall brand visibility and induction amongst the target auduence.
